You quote a 40% drop but that was off a rapid 200% rise. Not a problem unless you're trading, which if you were, you'd be out by now...just let it do its thing..get the merger done and all the news to land.

It's just manipulation. There's shed loads of decent news due in September that will dwarf these current games. I think around 3p is the base...bounced of 2.90

It's a joining of 2 companies. They both currently have their own individual valuations but when they merge, the valuations will merge. As the merger is being done at the start of a very news rich period, it wont be long before the joint valuation increases..and they will have a bigger market cap and a more stable, higher sp due to consolidation..this will attract bigger players when the news is released and pr machine gets into gear

And nobody has more insight or awareness of what this deals means to both companies than GB...so I wouldn't worry too much muggins...you'll not be finding anything on google that he doesn't already know

I woudn't worry about that...the management and teams at MWG were the weak point which needed addressing. They now have the technology and experience to push forward properly in NA and China..Integumen is merging with MWG primarily for the installations and global footprint and a few key staff members. These joined forces will blitz anything out there on the market

Of course the deal will go through. The skin price has risen massively and there's basically a whole bunch of amateur traders/investors who don't understand the deal...it's not that complicated is it 1 for 1 shares and a 10% consolidation. We'll get more news from Skin prior to the 15th and they'll pile in again..the real move will start post merger when the prototype is announced and the pipeline deals can start filtering through

No reason why these will fall any lower. Skin news due in next few days will push both prices up as there's no arb to be had any more

Prices now in parity. You can't sell a decent amount in skin and buy MWG any cheaper...news we get before the merger will see both prices rise in sync
