Sensitivity is to do with giving a positive if someone has it, i.e. is it able to detect very low levels of the virus.
Specificity is to do with whether the tests gives a negative even if there are lots of other similar molecules present the sample.
In a nutshell, LFTs give false positives and negatives, so let's stop using LFTs.
