Oh dear. So we see yet again on AIM what adding shareholder value means . Great if you are a 'special shareholder' - PI s just have to deal with it, because we are treated as a lower form of investor life.

Gizzard, you talk tough but if there is corruption on AIM then logically your attitude is ' if you can't take corruption get off AIM. Tut tut. Not cry babies, Not afraid off share movement, but dislike people who bluster on about if you can't take the heat.. etc.

You rightly ask why, if it is such a star asset is he not shouting it from the rooftops, well my worst fear is that ithe SP is being undermined for a cheap sale to 'favoured future partners or investors' in short the PI gets shafted on AIM. We will see, but I for one am wary of the motives of some on AIM.

Newbie - I doubt that they have info on bad news for two reasons; firstly they would have dumped more not just 5% and secondly (more importantly ) it would expose them as participating in insider trading.

These warrants if sold at around .05 give the seller a 100% profit of course, so depending on their risk appetite I could see why they might want to just take the circa £40k.

Surely it has nothing to do with either a retrace or the mcap at that time, but what news is released about the value of the discovery which will drive the sp.

I see where you are coming from but if they bought at the bottom, I would presume that they understood the situation and believed in the upside (otherwise it would just be a reckless blind gamble) In which case, why sell 100m shares now when the potential upside is significant?

Just topped up at 0.04 which I must admit I didn't think I would see a few weeks back. Averaging down right now, so glad of the opportunity.

Yes bad CEOs do invest in their own company. So do good CEOs. IMO there is no correlation between whether/ how much a CEO invests and the success of that company, merely a wish on your part to make It seem so.

Interesting point JP2000 - as you say "They can't possibly have known the official CPO5 reserves at 31st Dec because otherwise they would have stated it 2nd Jan " and yet the SP rose to around 20p! Hmmm, leaky ship?

Wowser!!, the news has been out for a few hours and the Sp has risen by 2.5% already...i really does look like it will smash through 20p any time soon (not).

A 'significant shareholder' cashing out/bailing so soon?? I can see this sub 20p before too long, so I suppose he is taking his profits while the SP is artificially high.

I agree and I think there is a LOT of over optimistic talk going on here, for a TINY business that is making the sort of profits that someone working from his bedroom could make! I would say BE CAREFUL about putting a lot of your hard earned cash into a share which (at the moment) seems to me to be behaving like a classic Pump & Dump. That is not to say the company is doing anything wrong and are clearly sincere - but it seems to me it is being pumped by some over optimistic, perhaps cynical investors and its prospects blown out of proportion to its current and near-future likely commercial position. Hence the slightly apologetic RNS wording; " Shareholders should note that the while the Company has identified an initial product, the Company's development of a Block-chain product is still at an early stage of investigation and development, and its current plans envisage that the first application will only be tested early in 2018 ". Just saying.
