MATD currently about �53M net of cash and BPC about �47M. BPC has next to no cash, no rig, no drills planned or funded and is offshore. BPC's targets are large, but they need to farm out which will reduce their expsoure. MATD is ready to roll with some very large targets of its own. Current BPC market cap makes MATD look very cheap.

Tried to BPC buy on the open at 1.3p, but wasn't offered until 2.1p. No thanks. I wasn't paying almost 2-year high for a deal that might not happen. Even with cash inflows BPC still only has around �1M yet is valued at �48M, a near 3.5 year high. BPC is great, but this looks like a massive overreaction. Much better value elsewhere.

Net of cash BPC is now actually more expensive than ECO. That's just ridiculous. ECO is in a much stronger position than BPC and right in the middle of a proven hydrocarbon fairway in Guyana unlike BPC. Response to Total farm in option RNS was muted here yet that RNS was way more significant than today's BPC RNS. Jokers.

I also won't be committing large sums until Seftoe and Son get the financing sorted. Better make sure it's not a convertible equity financing or the whole company can go dance as far as I'm concerned. Perhaps we go stright to funding next, ior maybe they can get one hail Mary ramp with news from 101, 102 and the licence issuance beforehand. Who knows?

Well said EB, although I expect 20-25p is more than possible given the colossal size of the drill and excellent COS for an exploration drill. RD-1 was never more than a small hors d'oeuvre. Whilst the pessimism of the bag holders is understandable, its also an excellent buy signal. Time to back up the truck IMO. GLA

These three wells are almost exactly the same net recoverable MMBOE to BOIL as ECHO's upcoming 4 well camapign in Argentina. OK, ECHO already has production, but despite a less than stellar workover campaign, they are already valued at �52M. If their campaign can draw investor interest, you can bet BOIL's will.

I should also add that around 60% of the current market cap is cash meaning you get all of this upside for about �2.5M which is insanely cheap. The current cash position is also more than enough for the funding of the three wells. Given that BOIL is effectively run as a virtual company there should be very little in the way of general overheads, so there should be plenty of cash left after drilling.

0.47p paid. Looks like they're trying to hide the demand above 0.42p by routing all the buys through NEX. Getting on for 1M purchased on NEX in 6 trades above the LSE day high. More proof MMs are short of shares IMO.

�10M is too cheap IMO for 3 fully funded wells targeting 14-16 MMBOE net recoverable to BOIL in Q2/3 plus a big pile of cash. Rig news for any of the drills should sent this soaring and if we hit at Wick (30% COS, 250 MMBOE gross P50 OIP) I won't be surprised to see this up 1000% from these levels. The chart is also starting to look excellent with higher lows and a bullish upwards triangle forming with breakout at the 0.55/0.60p level.

you're not getting another penny from me until funding and licence are sorted and none of this convertible drawdown facility BS. Do a proper placing, a farmout, contractor financing with Schumberger or bring in a new partner for the 44% or PIs will completely lose faith. If you really give a toss about your investors you should hold fire on funding those other 'assets' until TLP-103 is well underway. Time to finally get this rag and bone show on the road.
