No update for almost 2 months and SP nearly triples to near 21 month highs in this terrible market. Are we being kept in the dark?

Agreed molokai, but somthing definitely seems odd espcially on the open and with those recurring 3500 share trades.

There's another. Acutal buy price is only 2.92p yet 3500 shares go through and tape is painted at 3.00p.

What's with all these itty bitty trades hitting the ask immediately on the open? Not the first time this has happened. It's almost as if someone is using tiny amounts of cash to try and create the impression there's strong demand for BPC shares in the hope of enouraging buying to prop the SP up. There's another 3500. Very suspicious. Is a fundraise incoming?

You will have to go by the current price when you sell in the seconday market. For you the current price is all that counts.

Similar thing happened with SAVP. Folks invested for a 6 well exploration campaign in Niger. Then a production asset was injected into the company and the SP collapsed. Despite making 6 oil discoveries on the trot the SP never recovered.

Jesus. Stop fixating on 2.64p. Offer is 0.803 BPC shares. BPC has cratered so offer is currently only 2.04p per CERP share.

Combined market cap is around £80M so for CERP to get from 2p to 3p, BPC-CERP would effectively increase by £40M market cap which is almost 2.5 times CERP's market cap.

11% above 2.40. That's not in cash it's in BPC shares being issued at 3.33p, i.e. you're effectively having to pay 3.33p for your shares in BPC when just the other day they issued a whole load of shares at 1.27p and at that price today's offer only equates to 1.02p per CERP share. No wonder the market doesn't buy the fanciful takeover valuation. You lose 74% of CERP for your troubles too.
