relates to the funding situation. By my calculations EME has a net current asset position of around minus £700K. I am aware they have a £10M facility, but it's basically an equity death spiral and they are usually bad news for a company's SP. The prospects here are interesting, but investing in exploration drilling is risky enough without this added uncertainty. I'd much rather they just did a placing to fund the China drilling as then we'd know where we stand.
