I just got message from halifax from this morning, i accepted and holding will be sold on 12th of June.

Well, its gonna become private, so if you don't sell you be a dissenter. I'm not sure if you can rb made to sell, or if u miss the date, then you will get the market value of the shares which is 21 right now if u want to sell then. We have been shafted really as many have posted, but hey oh, thats life, thats why belphar is a billionaire and I'm not. With hindsight we shoulda seen it coming, but I shoulda done a lot of things and if I had I would be rich right now...

I'm disappointed you chose to tell us your pants are full, even tho you say 'current mcap is easily justified by Dan Balt alone' and sell out. This is a fantastic point to be buying some shares IMHO of course. To mogli, I don't think buying the remaining share in rosbunker was ever on the cards, I think the name change and the fact belphar bought a large chunk of shares from an institute that only invests in Baltic companies because we were no longer a good fit for their portfolio says to me we're selling out and reinvesting in Europe, although times are testing, the world isnt gonna stop turning and the sale will go through.

Lmao......yes it was from April fools day. You are joking arent you? I think the time scale maybe moved though given what is going on right now, but I must stress that its not gonna have a massive effect on the company as it's not like we really need the money or it will effect the business as we have moved out of Russia, thank god. I live in the hope it is resolved sooner rather than later.

In my opinion, belphar won't try another buy out at this stage as nothing has changed really except the share price and that won't concern the long time share holders, things are all positive and moving in the right direction, we are constantly expanding and rosbunker resolution is around the corner. Personally I'm confident the share price will be back in the 20's very soon. Very best of luck all.

I feel mms are picking up cheap shares in anticipation. Even without the Russian deal, it's still massively undervalued.

It might just be the mm's rounding up an order. Most of the shares are long term holders and small sells are moving the price, as you say April is around the corner and it's not exactly high profile stuff, but we will get a nice return soon.

I think your reading too much in to it and I think hes just de ramping, if there was anything a miss there would be waaay more movement than 200 k shares a day, think about it logically, some guy on a message board taking pish.
