That’s my experience also.

However, I think we have to have some confidence in the current BOD and what appears to be a much more robust investment than previous ones.

I do believe that this deal is effectively from the start of January this year, so presumably the £40 million income side of the calculation is already there...we do not have to wait 12 months ?....is that right ?

Who exactly decides to valuation on relisting. Is it the MM’s or in these specific circumstances, is there a pre-market auction to set the price?.

Scotty. You need to understand that everyone knows that funding is necessary here anyway. This RNS is another in a series of RNS’s that makes a big statement to the FDA that there is huge interest and potential for Inclaprim and they need to support approval for the greater good.

Ovo Energy in talks to acquire SSE retail operations.

Ovo Energy, the decade-old gas and electricity supplier, is plotting a move into the ranks of Britain's biggest utilities with a bid to acquire the retail operations of SSE.
Sky News can exclusively reveal that Ovo has been in discussions for a number of months with SSE, the FTSE-100 group, about a deal.
A transaction is not certain to be struck, but sources close to the situation said this weekend that it could be agreed in outline within weeks.
If a deal is completed, it would pave the way for SSE's exit from the challenged UK energy retail market and catapult Ovo into the big league of British power suppliers.

I agree that something is not quite right here and agree that it is the opening and closing auctions that does not feel right. I actually think it is more rife on AIM but I thought “sets” was supposed to stop this sought of thing?.

Indeed....so the Good Friday Agreement is blown away not by the UK but by the EU & ROI in order to preserve the integrity of the single market/Customs Union.

Just out of interest what would happen if the UK Government said they have no intention of putting a border up between Ni and the ROI ?.

It would be interesting to know if that is indeed the case. Solo as a minority shareholder should be jumping all over AEX as the operator and there must be recourse to legal action to force them to complete the remediation or compensate Solo for their inaction. I seem to recall ironically that AEX & Solo benefited from the default of a minority shareholder for failing to fund their part of the venture (Bounty ??). Solo should be pushing for the same from ARX and then assuming the role of operator.

Perhaps that’s the value the Solo BOD are viewing ?.

Yes agreed, the Chairman’s comments were indeed bullish and I sensed some frustration that the share price did not reflect NAV or the BOD’s valuation.

I thought that AEX & Solo’s fortunes in Tanzania were wholly dependent upon “government approvals “. ...does this suggest a breakthrough in the bureaucracy there ?.

My thoughts and they are the same as when Solo first weekend nvester in Helium 1...

We have. BoD that are monetising all the assets. Not sure how many more we have, but I suspect Tanzania will be sold also. Cash will be distributed to shareholders and Helium 1 will back in to Solo and hey presto they have a London listing !.

Hi Joe Same thoughts here... You would have thought questions about why there is a delay would have been raised at the AEX egm but have not seen anything in terms of a response. I also think our own BOD should be chasing progress. Whilst they are not the operator, they own 25% of the asset so are a ‘very” interested party in the ultimate outcome. It would be good to clearly understand why the Tanzanian Government are holding back on the licence award. Is it just the slow workings of the Gov machinery or something g more specific.

It must have been contingent on the acquisition going through because it certainly is not for creating shareholder value here is it.
