Novice here, but does the delisting mean we have to sell our shares if they are currently in an ISA?

Just pure gut instincts but I've not seen previous RNS's about company updates from SNEL. Maybe they're not allowed to state in RNS if its hard to access note to encourage people to subscribe and sign up.

LTH here so hoping I'm wrong but happy to hold for a good few more years yet and any drop is good buy opportunity.

Did suspect it might be bad news for them to avoid saying if it was a positive change or not.

Stifel Nicolaus Europe Limited ("SNEL"), has today published a company update which, inter alia, revises their revenue and EBITDA forecasts for FY23 and includes revenue and EBITDA forecasts for FY24.

Disappointing as was looking to de-risk myself when it touched 40p but missed it. It's been known for a while funding would probably come up esp when you compare SP to NAV, makes sense. If they can multiply the SP like they have off the last fundraise at 6p odd I'm happy. As long as you are a LTH I don't think should be too concerned? If anything good opportunity to top up didn't think we'd see these prices again anytime soon?

Hope market does like it but was disappointed with expectation of negative cash flow for 2021? That said much prefer under promise and over deliver. And don't think forecast will stop and funding concerns.

Thats an area I hadn't thought of themadhatter. Has anyone got an explanation for why they've not managed to sell into the EU where they have approval? I know focus is on the US, is it a bandwidth / throughput issue within GDR side or just lack of demand? Surely there should be enough demand to go around?

Same, I was offered 0.69p, thought I'll add more at this price, within 5 seconds offered 0.70p at market best - took about 5 minutes to execute and at 0.75p. Does feel rigged.

Think the results show without covid they're much too highly valued.....but my thinking is.....covid is here, and here to stay. And news already in market and not included in these results provides a solid basis for getting back to 200p with relative ease.

Apologies Newboy58 - when I say LTH, my long term hold is a lot longer than 6 month. 6 month is short term for me - just based on a business doesn't turn around over a few weeks! It's a lot easier (in my circumstances) to just invest in companies you believe in long term than trying to guess weekly / daily volatility of AIM which is highly dependent on speculation and sentiment.

I guess the argument against outlook of fanning about with another business is that his involvement with MSYS compliments DVRG and accelerates time to market, better product and so forth. Definitely be good to get some figures but as already stated long term things are going in right direction and any LTH will be in good profit already. Hopefully webinar on 31st will bring new news to the market with some substance around forecasted revenues which I think is whats needed to move SP up to next leg.

Positive RNS. And very impressed and just 6 month to get 6 products ready for commercialisation? That must mean they are looking to invest in something relatively late into its development? R&D in this sector can take years.

Also....what will they produce in their production facility? I've probably missed some news but thought this was going to be more investment ventures?

Did you come across ANIC in your research? That's another good UK opportunity they've 400% bagged last 6 month. Exciting if DISH can get even a slice of this

Totally dependent on cash flowing in. You'd like to think whatever it is it is enough until they are profit making. Either way reading the board get impression everyone agrees once funding is sorted this is a buy?

I can see them raising funds but it'll only be institutional investors with opportunity to buy. Whilst still represents dilution I can see the SP bouncing off any drops at time of announcement straight to current price (or whatever price SP will be at when announced) with the way momentum is going in this sector, and in particular Agronomics - as said multiple times on board there doesn't appear to be many entry points for PI's in this sector atm - which I'm aware of anyway?

Novice question from me but if deal had any substantial financial upside they'd have to announce via RNS? Or not?

Good article on investor chronicle. Behind a pay wall but if you Google "investor chronicle anic" it should be one of the top links from 18th Feb. You should be able to read it without subscription.

Was wondering the same but then the spread is always over 10%....
