Hi All,

Just spoken to Selftrade who I have my shares in, informed me as you mentioned Chesh can vote on your behalf before the 21st June.

However we need a resolution number from axm, appears on the website can’t find it any help appreciated. Or was informed could go to the AGM and do in person. TBH if I go would most probably rip them a new one, plus it’s a day if my life that will never recoup.

Any help appreciated.

Hi Chesh, Nipknot and all,

I’m voting against the board got silly amount few in this donkey as mentioned before, so gonna give them some of own medicine let them feel under pressure for a change. Over 3 years in it and been fed bs for so many of these years, even re-invested more cash into it. However enough is enough, it looks like a another donkey BOD mugging off the share holders not even invested themselves... Would have been different if they showed some minerals and got behind company. Enough is enough !!!

As someone else mentioned can we block the BOD?

How many shares would we need in total to go against them ?

Gonna give it to the end of summer then just dump this dog turd of a share, will have to swallow quite a few thousand pounds in lost cash. However better than swallowing the bs they are coming out with !!!!!

Unfortunately we have brought into the BS that board have been selling, so in some ways our own fault however with no RNS updates on a regular basis. What makes them think that shareholder are going to show loyalty !!

Think soon as next spike if it comes, get above .10 with some miracle then dump mine and take the remainder as a lose ??
