th, I would not plan on 9 wells each producing the same flow, though that would be very nice. Additional wells drilled into the same pool would likely not only produce a lesser flow, but also reduce the flow of existing wells. By how much depends on how much oil is down there, geology, pressure, proximity etc etc, but typically you would expect at least some reduction in flow. It will be exciting to see how this progresses.

Whenever the question of a pipeline comes up people are very quick to dismiss this as it is Aviation fuel flowing in the wrong direction. Well doh! Obvs. The point is all permissions and rights of way have been secured, much of the cost of building a pipeline has been absorbed already. Piggybacking on any redevelopment of the pipeline has to be worthy of consideration to see if the economics stack up.
