I don't want special dividend, agree it would be unwise, I'd rather they pay down the debt first whilst oil is high and small increase in dividend if they can.

No need to apologise with your smugness! I am very happy with my price as lot of people brought lot higher. I'm up roughly 43 percent including dividends so very happy with that qnd I think the yield was about 9.5 so again very good price. I do believe this company will grow alot in the future also so its definitely long term hold, only problem now if want to buy more shares way above my average price.

nice you did really well there with that price! I remember when they dropped to 1.50 something a share, wish got in then but was scary seeing everything fall! Nice to see like minded people with long term view instead of some people trying to time market. One question I always think when do I stop revesting the dividends and start enjoying them? so hard to know!

2 years is nothing in the stock market, you are getting higher then inflation dividends, legal and general are slow share. Minnium holding for shares should be 5 years, I plan never on selling this company, I got in on average on 2.10 last year so I'm happy!

Hi there, only recently brought theses shares not had any dividends yet. Do I need to wait before I get dividends before I can claim tax refund? And once I've claimed it do I automatically get all the tax back or have to claim everytime? Thanks.

I have sold out on all of them, made tiny profit of only 2% I have Lloyds for years and just never gone anywhere. I have had enough of them
