Not just my sales team, but ops, dev and accounts as well. I look to get feedback that shows the individuals have considered all reasonable facts and their conclusions are reasonable. After all, it's my capital at risk and their jobs.
Hindsight!!! I dislike hindsight unless given in jest. I absolutely hate BULLSh@t.

Simply to observe human behaviour, useful when questioning my sales team regarding forecasts etc. Look, this share after the invasion became a day trading stock and very high risk / reward. I am always surprised with the very poor level of commercial awareness I come across.
LawStudent - how are the exams going and are you getting experience in a significant corporate law firm? Your letter will not get answered. Basic Law, you should know this.
Just sit back and wait, there is nothing you or your followers can do about it. Hopefully, you are a young investor and will learn from your mistakes.
MM's holding onto them...........you could not make this up.
How about MM's having big sell orders to fill?
IMO...........this board is full of small 'get rich quick' amateurs hoping for 10 baggers. Not saying it could not happen. Investors with substantial capital on traded markets are usually more interested in making sure they have adequate diversification in order to wait out stock market falls. I have seen these events many times before and it makes me smile.
GL to those punting. A genuine wish.
I agree with your wish that people would do more research. Yes of course the Board have non Russians. If you have ever been on a board with significant investors who are not directors then you know that you have to listen to them.
But it does mean something........they are obviously good businessmen to have built such a shareholding in a FTSE 100 company. However, the world has changed and western sanctions at the level being implemented against Russia and Russian businessmen will hurt then very severely........FACT.
Its not all about Roman.............what about:
Alexander Abramov
Alexander Frolov
Grennady Kozovoy
Maxim Vorobyev
Together they owned more equity than RA........Obv. RA was reported as the largest holder when last reported.
As I have said, a UK registered company controlled by Russians. Your bets are that this is a small issue even to the Chinese. Think Huawei and USA meddling ???
Roman and any institutional investors will be selling shares to dumb money all the way down.
Where are EVR going to sell their steel output? Sure Russia and a few other states, but a lot of their market is disappearing very fast. Steel prices like other commodities may increase, EVR will not really benefit as Russia will have problems paying in hard currency.
A very difficult time for EVR - a shame. However, Putin controls the game strategy. IMO the dividend will not be paid. The cash will be needed to survive this black swan event.
