He clearly stated that it was 1) Derisked 2) just a paperwork exercise 3) Imminent 4) A done deal Told Investers that they have sold out too early at 3p, continually mislead Investers about the IPPC, didn't tell us that they left tools down PG11a well, the initial length of contract with INA. He was also advised by broker to stop using Twitter because of his misleading comments. Endless list that is available if you care to listen to all the podcasts and trawl back though his Twitter account. Why would Lombard have dumped all their CLNs if they wernt in the know?
Common theme is don't trust a word CH says.
I'm not sure who would want to come in and take over or what the severance package of the current clowns would be? That may finishing off! F### this is going to hurt.
You won't get a response, that RNS was worded by a person that doesn't care a jot for his Investers.
Yes he is going part time and his wage will reflect the change. Obviously feels that his salary collected to date doesn't warrant him putting any extra effort in.
Well even I am at a loss for how band an RNS that was. Not a single positive to be taken, and particularly woeful is that CH is going Part Time to fix this mess? Words fail me how much of a snake I think this man is.... Cost all of us millions knowing that this was always the outcome. What a SNAKE.
Anyone thoughts what kind of payoff the BOD would be entitled too and what would happen to their share options should any EGM force them out?
Stockdale. This sorry trend started when Colin did the placing at a 17% discount to the SP for 1mil but took 1.5m after we had just been diluted to hell by hendos and just one week before the deal was announced. He shattered all confidence shareholders had and admitted after that the discount was too high and only got that figure as other companies did a similar %. Then the IPPC nonsence and the "we've got something stuck down PG11a that we didn't tell anyone about" issue.... it's been one bad thing after another here. This has lead to the Toxic BB, social media onslaught. The SR imo is for nothing but to buy the BOD time without reproach in the hope of landing the IPPC at which time a deal may then be possible. Just hope this turns round for all, when all is said and done we do have a producing asset.
Because he has no morals maybe?
Colins just given his missus the nod to buy in.
I emailed him this morning re his and the BOD salary, and I felt they should take a cut, but set out a plan on SP milestones that it increases to recover losses. Simply put he said if they needed to take a cut they would as the BOD have done in the past. I just don't think he gets it.
2.55p was our share price!
This share has been on a constant decline from OCT 17 and not conducive to a tradeable share unless extremely lucky for the odd 5% here or there. Many trapped here based on CH use of words, the promise of tomorrow tomorrow (imminent) 17% drop on placing out of the blue. PG11a well going offline, Q4 17 IPPC estimate, dragging SR, constant social media agenda etc etc Do I wish I sold out 2p, 1.6, 1.2, yes of course, could I have predicted all the above happening no. From 3.6p to 0.75 for a gas producing company on AIM
CH has said on numerous occasions that revenue will be circa 300k per month and that was before PG11a issues, so can't see where a 200k increase has come from?
Spare a thought for Colin? Is it April 1st
Can't argue with any of those points.
Someone who calls themselves Buried Treasure
Not sure I get what BT is talking about on Twitter?
Scott, that's exactly my issue with CH, I didn't sell out because he kept promising that it was imminent and completely derisked, when in fact he knew we had issues with PG11a and the ippc was and is still not even close. I don't trust him at all, but all said we do have an asset and I will just have to hold and hope that he can't F, up anymore than he has, famous last words!
Hopefully not but assuming that this isn't the bottom? We've all heard the bottom called here many times from 2p all the way down.
