In my opinion the problem with the Isoflux and all other systems compared to Parsortix is that they are using antibodies to attach markers, magnetic etc, so they result in a contaminated CTC. Plus, and I'm willing to be corrected this will mean a different antibody would need to be used for different CTC types. So you need to know what you are looking for. also Parsortix allows the cassette to be transferred directly to a microscope withought any processing. I am no expert and open to be shot down, but in my opinion a virgin CTC that has not been messed with must be preferable for culturing
