We all know elrico often positively influence the SP through his research and commentary, and Nick is invested Sbtx and therefore benefits. Nick’s constant disdain even when an olive branch has been handed to him puts him in the naughty corner as far as i'm concerned. He’s benefiting financially from the very same efforts he publicly dismisses all while refusing to acknowledge any debt of gratitude, or even basic courtesy. He chooses to take the olive branch handed to him and slaps elrico across the face with it. An immature move.

Nick gets a free ride on elrico’s work as everyone does that doesn't support his efforts, then tries to act like he’s above it all. It’s the investing equivalent of sneering at the chef while going back for second helpings. Meanwhile Nick is exposes the unforgiving troll. elrico the more forgiving type invites everyone, including his trolls with a friendly offer to engage openly. Nick is now in an awkward spot because he looks to be the miserable petty person hell bent on holding a grudge thats lasted years.

The more elrico’s influence grows, the more awkward Nick’s position becomes. Other investors, seeing their Sbtx value rise in part thanks to elrico’s insights, start to view Nick’s negativity as sour grapes or worse, as hypocrisy. If elrico remains generous, forgiving and open, it will only shine a light on Nick’s jealous bitterness.

If i were elrico i would say, sorry people. I am putting the podcast back behind the paywall...you can all thank Nick.

Nick nobody is saying there will be a takeover or bid. If i understand the discussion, there is a growing fear and this was discussed in detail, including a concern for real purpose for the nda ending on the 12 month of the start of the sales to vips.
