The Latest update was on the 18th October 2019 as follows:
Excerpts re Goudron
Current share price underpinned by NAV of existing production assets
Existing Trinidad Production Base 550 - 650 bopd
Cash generative production base (onshore Trinidad) covering operating costs
Five onshore producing fields allowing operational flexibility
Focus on profitable barrels
Provides cash for growth
I agree with all that - Why do we no longer get a regular quarterly update?
Ha Ha Ha LGO-fan
You have only missed the 1st, 3rd, 4th and the 5th of this month yourself and I believe you are an LTH
I am an LTH and I post quite often, normally to make a pertinent comment, ask a question or post one of my silly rhymes
Leo Koot, what's in a name.
A Mover and a Shaker came.
Love the Moves but hate the Shakes.
Are we playing ducks and drakes?
Jam tomorrow seems the ploy.
Until we get the real Mccoy,
It's just the sound of distant drums,
As tomorrow never comes.
The Cerp SP takes a hit,
With Schroders selling bit by bit.
Rather than rise from the RNS,
The SP suffers some distress.
Down, down, down the SP goes.
Where it ends up, goodness knows.
Although it's driving me insane
I have no doubt, will rise again
The only trouble is, I fear
The date of that remains unclear.
The SP's movement quite bizarre.
We obviously need a CPR.
I can't see a better opportunity anywhere else for me than sticking where I am at the moment
I obviously need Schroders nous
I can't really bring myself to believe they have no liquidity and needed this small amount of money (small for them) in order to buy into another company - that just doesn't ring true to me.
I'm sure there is a completely rational answer but I can't come up with it at the moment.
They got this wrong then - buying at 5 and selling at 3
1% is around eight and a half million - that is a lot of shares for the market to cope with
Leo seems to answer his emails from some posters
I'm not very good at writing emails to the company as I never get any reply
Could I suggest that someone couches an email in polite terms that might produce a reply
Yes, but some would say March/April 2020 and some others who shall remain nameless add 5 years on to 2017 and get 2023
I don't think the SP is going anywhere until we get oil out of the ground, and lots of it
The market doesn't seem to be that impressed by reserves
They want bopd and lots of them
Leo on the 13th May 2019
"I am confident that even a modest discovery in the SWP has the potential to transform the Company."
Leo on the 9th January 2020
"I believe this confirms the potential of the South West Peninsula."
From SWP Presentation - 25th September 2019
"The Saffron well will reach total depth at ~ 4000 – 4500 ft"
Hi Bamps
OK, will drop it into the Bluebell instead
Hi Bamps
I will be dropping the envelope into the Dragon at lunchtime today
I think we need a good upbeat Leo interview
Perhaps if we got a terrible RNS, the SP would climb
Be nice to get an RNS though where the SP climbs
I didn't state that - please re-read what I asked - If they entered Lower Cruse at 4,000 feet and kept going to 4,634 feet, it suggests to me that they were encountering oil from 4, 000 feet and stopped drilling went they exited Lower Cruse - Your answer does not answer, in any way, my query
As they entered the Lower Cruse at 4,000 feet but kept going to 4,634 feet, does this mean we could have a layer of oil of around 600 feet thick? - just asking
