I appreciate that for those younger than I, all this chat re what is to come and the time scale is cheerful news but for someone just turned 84, I am hoping for some other dramatic SP increasing happenings in addition - Hopefully sooner rather than later - I need a pound a share to pay off the mortgage before I conk out.

So the decline is an act of faith - they can't do the PFS until they have all the information needed to fill in all those documents and get approval on all of them from the authorities

If you are going to spend all this money on tunnelling out a decline, surely someone has already decided to mine - it's a lot of money to spend on a whim
