I'm not expecting cardboard headsets to be hign on anyones agenda. I think the start of live gigs will be thje start of a big marketing push to sell the Oculus GO and we will have the might of Facebook pushing it.

When Steven responded with 'I cant say much but these guys know how to sell into Christmas' tied in with an earlier comment 'we all know music sells hardware' and confirmation that the live gig will be pre Christmas I suspect the big marketing push we have all been waiting for will arrive very soon and we will suddenly appreciate just how vauable the tie up with a large social media really is.

Swindonoldie. MVR have recorded over 630 artists. It could be anyone of them or indeed a major act not yet recorded

The RNS of 9th August clearly states

The concerts, as well as virtual concert tickets, will be available to purchase via the MelodyVR app on all Oculus Go and Samsung Gear VR virtual reality headsets.

My guess is they will do what they say and my guess is October/November.
Today’s RNS says it will be someone big so the acts we have released to date are irrelevant to the first live gig.

Optimist you excelled yourself with the laughable posts re PE ratios over the weekend but your;post re launch date for Santa Cruz comes fairly close! First of all where do you get the idea that MVR and the release of the Santa Cruz is linked? Secondly, most of the trade press believe the Santa Cruz will be launched sometime 2019. Where do you get ;in the next two months' from?

IMHO, the NDA is morelikely to be related to Facebook launching something re Social; possibly when we launch live gigs.
