News is guaranteed this month. There's a lot of possible news but the news that must come this month is
1) the end Dec 2019 accounts must be published this month (hopefully with an indication as to how they have grown in the first 6 months
2) Wireless Line up announcments. AM has said for major events a 3 week lead time is the optimum time for promoting so mid June should see the PR ramp up and line ups being announced. This time we have Live Nation promoting it so I would challenge anyone on here to say that Live Nation do not know how to promote an event.

Themis, Barclays do not issue an RNS when someone opens an account. Liva Nation do not issue an RNS when a gig is cancelled for bad weather. The curent team know what they are doing, either believe and chill or sell up. It's not rocket science

Wireless to announce a big act, US Telco and subscription model, New York studio. The snakes on here want in cheaper. Ignore them and keep hold of those Golden Tickets

I suspect that the agreement will be different for each act. Established artists may be happy for the original gig to be free but want royalties for subsequent viewings whereas someone just wanting to raise awareness, get their name out there or be plugging an album may be happy for them to be shown free over and over.
