AV should have issued b shares and payed out within 1 week for them and removed them, but NO consolidation, which is what I have voted for!

Why pay off debt or share buy backs! They have told us they want to pay divi, they have the funds and cash in bank, plus credit facility! They are producing to targets and above, plus have enough spares and everything they need to operate and function and sell as normal so why not??

The restructuring into two separate entities is something for 2023, no way it will happen in 2022, too complicated and plagued with HR and publicity issues! Plus don’t agree a issue to pay divi and will help push sp back to £8!!!!!

Diadulus, why shouldn’t Poly pay the full divi in May? The funds are there and set aside, they are producing to target and the sp and growth will continue over next 3-4 years and beyond. The divi can be paid to the likes of HL and II and AJBell and then on behalf of their clients they do the currency exchange and pay in £ or $.
This is all smoke and mirrors, the big boys are stilll in, just under the radar! Excuse the pun.

Plus as soon as Putin has half his troops back in Russia or the 2 republics, plus he controls the East and Crimea, Mariupol and Odessa and has his buffer zone / DMZ and agreements that Ukraine will not join NATO,
Neither side can afford this to go on for 2 more weeks due to deaths and destruction, plus EU recession and no oil, gas, wheat and sunflower oil etc.
