I Agreed, i have just topped up 10k, wanted to wait until new ISA year, purchased through trading account and will Bed & ISA.

Kairom, i hope is is down to 25p on Friday, if so i suggest you all load up as you want see this price again "ever". There is plenty to support the raise if you take the time to do some research. Forget NAV. At least 1 of the investments will likely IPO this year, Blue Nalu is where my money is for IPO 2021.

It would be comforting to know if the BOD read the message board here, sadly I have suspicions they will not be concerned or care.
However it would be apparent there is a good strong across the board discontent at the way the small investors are being pushed aside and offered a measly 6p per share. MM will hold this price down to panic us to sell our holdings. Hold your nerve. I believe there is plenty of us who will refuse to sell and ensure the 75% is not reached. No doubt Id this does happen the punishment from the BOD will be dilution. But if your in long as I am this would not be a concern to me.

I too had invested not only for potential (long term) returns, also for the fact I was investing in a portfolio that has the potential to change habits , food production and thus reducing deforestation of Rains Forest for Cattle Beef and saving fish stocks in our Oceans.

They can drive price down as low as they want, im not selling. Hold your position all. I urge you.

Quite frankly this all boils down to what is wrong with the World we live, "Corruption and Greed" BOD know this will be huge with the portfolio of start ups we have all backed and invested in. Yes some will fail spectacularly, however with the market potential of "Blue Nalu" and "Meatable" you would only need these to suceed to have enormous long term returns. BOD know this. As i started "Corrupton and Greed" BOD should be ashamed and need to be more accountable and transparent in regards to the annoucment and how small investors are being almost bullied into selling.

If we all stay firm and refuse to sell, at very least they may need to up the offer price, totally undervalued at 6p. Yes it may take many years for the invested companies to show a profit, but the potential is huge.

Golden Bull, Im voting no also. I believe it is all very underhand, i have be a holder of this share for well over 18months. i do feel badly treated and totally misled.

bolarishu, so if i sold my 10k portfolio out of My ISA today and buy back into tomorrow through my Trading account i should be able to hold. Either way ill buy back in tomorrow at a lower unit rate than the offer price of 6p.

As Joe666 states, it is not clear at this point that we cant remian invested, i agree if you hold in an ISA as do it may requires some research. Either way i think collectivley we can use our resources and emails and not just voice our concerns on this board but voice our concerns and dissatisfaction directly the BOD.

Im assuming if i do nothing and sit on the Portage Shares in my II ISA, albeit no value or not tradeable in the hope that when Portage do indeed become tradeable on Senior Listing and ii ISA will then recognise, at that point they become tradeable? I believe the senior listing for Portage is imminent, NASDAQ?
