If the Corallian/Victory deal is pulled then West Newton would more than likely not go ahead. The sale of Corallian provides the financing of W.N If that happens then the company will fold in my opinion. We will know by the end of this year, but lengthy delays before then will only decrease the s p further.
An indication that all is not well will be the company entering into other small 'asset' buys.

I do hope that these 'experts' who are prophesising what the volumes are worth are not the same ones who stated what would happen if we departed the E U. The 'experts' who said that unemployment would rise dramatically, that house prices would fall, that old age pensions would be cut and an emergency budget would have to be deployed.

PP.....The Framework Agreement disclosure by Thruvision mentions that the $14M of equipment's will be 'substantially delivered' in this financial year (Thruvision y/e 31st March 2023). As we know by previous notes the company has been stocking up to mitigate any possible future shortages. So those additional costs which would not need to be borne in normal times will depress the 'profits' in year ending March 2023. In addition one could be forgiven for thinking that a not insignificant part of the $14M order will not be paid for in the year ending 31st March 2023 via late invoicing and settlement terms. We will have to wait to see whether my thinking here is played out until the a future date, or whether I am too suspicious of Thrusvision's operating procedures.

PP....If you have followed Thru since DGB days you know that T.B is a crafty old fox. He does not like the share price to increase too quickly. His large investors (as well as the directors) can then make more money along the way. Notice the share price movements in the last few days, which is consistent with his M O of 'catchy catchy little monkey'.
As regards Air travel, it is on the horizon, but not yet at the Arrival Lounge.
When the time arrives this will move at warp speed; that time is yet to come. Unlike most management teams Thruvision likes to keep a low profile as far as private investors are concerned. The II's are privy to what is going on in the background, hence the steady build up of their Thruvision portfolio. For me that single pointer is the direction of travel this company is taking overall.

The company whether they like it or not (and they don't like it) initially backed themselves into a corner by making West Newton the 'largest field in the UK'. So that is why they are now bringing aboard smaller deals like Simwell, and everyone should expect more of the same in the coming months, in case the word 'transformational' regarding West Newton turns out to be a poor choice of adjective.
The companies directors obviously need to keep other projects going to pay their salaries etc; especially now everyone can see which way Parta in Romania is heading and possibly the Cali project too.
Smoke and mirrors and deflection is the name of the game with W.N. Expect massive delays and every excuse under the sun to facilitate that gambit.

allis....if a large company comes in to buy out or even a J/V with West Newton (which is highly unlikely) then a buy out would effectively be termed a 'fire sale' with little or very little return to shareholders. Any 'surplus monies' would be swallowed up in costs and directors voting themselves shares. Remember they see what is going to occur with their companies many months before us, and shall we say 'make prior arrangements'.

Really, anyone who believes in a dividend completely misses the huge drilling costs coming that will be associated with UJO's share of developing West Newton. That first stage will run to around £2-3M minimum. With UJO's existing and now depleting asset the monthly income is already earmarked for this project, and maybe more.

The one thing we do know is that if the first well is not Commercial no more will be drilled.
So witht he history of RBD to now there will be no plant available and the slippage to even getting materials and plant on site will not happen to 2024 at the earliest. Also where are the necessary permits and when will news via an RNS be forthcoming?

isdeer, the facts point to multiples of what Reabold Resources have spent getting the few millions back from Corallian and the Victory sale cannot hide the fact that RBD's balance sheet overall is Negative. That is why the share price is where it is.

Confirmation of what I have been saying for many months now. Implicit in the wording regarding reference to Danube Petroleum and Parta is the fading out of the 'asset' from future Reabold Resources Reports. Out j/v partners ASX/ADX have had it on the back burner of insignificance for a long time now.
Another initially transformational play just like Colter was, and going in the same direction; that direction points downwards to oblivion I'm afraid.

deemule, how many times do I have to tell you. Parta is a duster just the same as Colter, never gets mentioned and no partner found since June 2021 when Tamaska had the good sense to abandon it. That Romanian exploration contract runs out in 2 months time.
