Oil and Gas small Exploration Companies that are held by many Institutional Investment companies are only a very small percentage of their overall funds, and initially buy with their eyes fully open knowing many will fail and post a loss for them. Many losses are mitigated by selling swiftly before the wider marker can. I just hope that both you and me can escape with only a small loss if this path is forthcoming.

If the RBD 'hostile bid' replacing the directors fails then Pershing would most likely ditch all their shares at a loss.
RBD shares would then almost certainly drastically fall by many many percent. The company would become a 'white dwarf' in astronomical terminology before finally becoming a 'black hole'.
Whatever the outcome, the legal costs are going to be huge, and the share holders will have to bear that.
Sorry deemule and others who are up to their necks, but I see no good outcome either way.

BC....it has been placed on a drip feed until the drilling results from West Newton are published in 3 years time.
Following that report the life supporting tube will be withdrawn very slowly to enable the patient to slowly pass from public minds; probably another 5 years whilst the company looks for another 'transformational asset'.

Reabold Resources have made it their make or break venture. With the track record of the dynamic duo at the helm I would not be following their lead if I was you.

The serial paid company ramper Heid has made this projection on numerous occasions over the last few months.
I contend that the only growth with be her nose in that time, it may even surpass that of the legendary Pinocchio, and
the average daily share price will need to move positively by 1.45p per day between now and Xmas. My question for Heid is what news at Union Jack Oil to enable the price to reach £1 by that date?
I also would like to know who else thinks that this £1 target can be met, so if you think this is likely please post here why are of this persuasion, and cogent reasons as to why it is attainable.

Are the smaller private shareholders being cajoled into accepting shares in lieu of cash, so that Reabold resources can finance West Newton? Just a thought.

Well now Heid, you only now need a very modest in your view I know, a 350% rise in today's share price to attain your £1 per share valuation by the end of the year.
Keep on the same Ramping trajectory as you have been doing over the last number of weeks and you never know, your projected share price may need readjusting lol.

OliviaOil....This was basically in line with how I read the situation. If they, Corallian, need to alter the Companies Articles of Association twice within a 12 month period something has not been thought through properly initially when the first was adopted.
Either way two matters arise 1} that there has been a major oversight with the first change, along with which one then has to conclude it looks like the company is very poorly managed and/or advised........and 2) that there is disquiet amongst certain shareholders.
One may be forgiven for thinking that without these further alterations to the Articles of Association the deal may be either HELD UP or at worst SCRUBBED.

I see the original Articles of Association for Corallian have been replaced again (the second time in 12 months).
Are the existing small private shareholders to be given a 'fait accompli' at the end of the day?
If it goes to a final offer and they refuse, they will end up penny less?
