As all the major shareholders have transferred their holdings across from Digital Barriers, and they hold over 80% of the free float; this puts the newly formed company in a good position. The number of contracts and their values are unknown at the present time as no RNS's have been released for many months, and I think we all know why now. The last one in August was an order that would have been obtained under the Digital Barriers umbrella. It will be interesting to see whether the major institutions buy further into Thruvision now it is a 'stand alone' company. The latest transaction valued at over �80,000 is probably a pointer. OMO as always.

For those who have done little research before investing here, try reading "matters of going concern" just before the end of the above report. Red flags written large all over it. OMO as always.

Beginning to 'smell a rat' here. If the outcome of Digital Barriers shareholder pay back is not released shortly it would point to a dilution of II shares being played out.

LOL. Are you really suggesting that the major institutional investors gave the board their 100% backing without knowing exactly what they were going to be offered. You must be joking.

Another 747 code from MM's just gone through. Look back a couple of days and the same amount "also traded" Good sign...news coming next week I believe. Why so impatient when in a few days the final results will be out. Ignore what is going on at the moment. Just look at the major share holders who own millions of shares 80%+ of the company. They are going nowhere so why should you?. These trades today are 'chicken feed' thrown down to hopefully get the uninitiated biting.

DGB has said that the results will be out sometime this month, so only another 18 days to wait maximum. The results by law must be announced by 30th September. Would not think they will be out this week, as DGB will be busy at the DSEI exhibition in London. The larger trade today is a 'bargain conditions' one, most of the others recently are either delayed, bargain or on the Next exchange where the prices differ from the main market. If you are very worried I would not trade at all. Patience is the key word, hold I am feel sure you will be on a winner whether through a T/O or through organic growth. Always remember sells are on many occasions just the opposite but are classed as sells for various reasons. The last tranche I bought were shown as sells.

Why do I feel it is very strange to see a blogger constantly attacking a certain business that he is not invested in. I personally know of no one who is that altruistic and would waste their valuable time doing that. That is of course unless there is some ulterior motive like...................just saying.

55,505 trade today not a O trade but an OK trade (Late trade as requested).

The 40,000 trades shown on here from last Friday was actually an OK designated trade (Late trade as requested) and not just and O Ordinary trade. More attempted deception.

Nearly all recent sells have been displayed as buys. Many delayed trades and bargain deals to cover up their dodgy transactions..It's the AIM here and this is just 'par for the course' when MM's are stocking up for their friends in the shadows. This business will go from strength to strength with much global exposure over recent weeks. Year accounts due next month, and then all will be revealed. OMO as always.

This sentence of yours tells me two things 1) you accept that this business will produce in the medium term, and 2) you only deal in shares you know will provide you with returns in a very short time frame. Perhaps you will share one or two of them with us?, although I wonder why someone of such financial knowledge would spend time commenting on this business as it appears to you to be of little substance. Or could it be that some individual/'body would profit from the s.p not gaining traction at this particular time. Not long to go, results must be out be the end of next month; then we may see who is correct, numerous experts at a number of large institutions who hold 80% of the stock or yourself. I know who my money is on!..

Well Rudy we will see who is right over the next few months will we not?. If you are correct I can see a lot of dismissals coming at quite a number of massive Institutional Investor companies. By the way, look at Amazon and their balance sheet profit/loss accounts over the last few years.

With all respect Rudy I think you have an awful lot to learn about companies and how they operate. They have never made a profit (yet) because like all far seeing companies they are re-investing . Look back over the last few years and see how many acquisitions they have made, all to provide for greater profits when they appear. Patience is the key word here; as previously mentioned do you really think all those high profile II would be buying if they thought it was not going to provide them an income. Please do a lot more research. If you do you may come back with a different scenario. MM's just playing games at present.

Would not take much notice of Rudolph, he's probably in the pay of some II that you refer to. Auction call this am. Interesting!. Take no notice of anyone trying to short this for their own benefit (or for/at their paymasters request).

Ordinary Trade Delayed Publication traded as type OK. These trades are held back fr unknown reasons and published at later times. When they are published their accumulative effect on the SP is actioned now. Im sure there are logical reasons for delayed trades. However there are a number of delayed trades being action when the price is either about to rise or fall. These delayed trades being actioned late often if not always seem to have a contrary price action to the present SP price action. I dont want to suggest share price manipulation because i have no evidence to prove motives. However, the effect of these delayed trades on low volume trading seems to thwart major price movements from developing. I am not sure in whos interest this would be. Just bought another 1335 share in DGB to test. Showing as a sell when it is def a buy. Most transactions showing sells recently are actually buys, with many delayed transactions, usually the bigger volume ones. MM's playing their manipulative little games again with an AIM share price.

afrc...Could be that we have to wait a few days until the late trades arrive. Remember this is the AIM market, and not all is what it sometimes seems, in fact not much is what is sometimes seems!. Many of the 'sells' recently have in fact been buys.

Yes, most trading now 'off book' as well, much going on behind the scenes I think. With Brimtech Inc involved in the latest news and a discount involved makes me believe that this is the top of an iceberg order, which much, much more to come. As you point out most of the company is in the hands of II's. Take over bid coming?.OMO as always.

More and more subterfuge going on as the results day draws ever closer. Look upon this as a good sign and not a bad one
