The head count then will probably be reduced to improve productivity in the segments that are left as this is the quickest way to reduce overheads. I think dividends will still be at least 5 years away, so any money to be made in the short to medium term will only come on movements of the share price.OMO.

Looked at this business a few weeks ago. So not surprised what is happening. Bargepole company!

The payback will have already been decided as part of the agreement which brought the major institutional investors 'on side'. Remember 83% of the shares are held by them along with Tom Black. My best guess is somewhere between 5 and 10p. OMO.

This is due before the end of Q1 2018 which is 31st March. The exact date can be anytime between now and the end of March. I would expect the actual payback per share would probably be announce on an RNS within a very short timeframe before that date. OMO.

The last time I believe there was 'fun and games' like this was around the time of Director buys. OMHO.

When (hopefully) the company gets FDA approval within the next few months who knows. It's a bit like buying a house, the more interested potential buyers the higher the price. I believe that there will only be substantial movement when nearer the time and rumours may start. OMO as always.

Could posssibly be a t/o bid in the offing, and if so possible MM manipulation to keep the lid on the sp.

Have held here for a while now. Fully expect the sp to move slowly but surely in an upwards direction from now until the various committees accept that a full roll out can take place. Then who knows.

Do not see any significant movement on here until news which is due on or around the 12th December. I would not be surprised after that date to see a steady news flow regarding orders that have been built up over the last few months. Or alternatively it could all be released at once, but I doubt that. Perhaps some will be left until after the special dividend is paid in the hope that much of it will be reinvested in Thruvision?

Lodged on Companies house. Thruvision person with significant control 75% or more controlling shares. Guess that's Tom Black. Other interesting documents lodged on the same day. On DGB on Companies house other documents lodged same day. New director on board a director of the Venture Capital company that is loaning them �25m. Not unusual that he is a certified accountant; just looking after the money they are loaning DGB.

I believe that news may not be released until around the 12th December, when there should be plenty to talk about. Obviously there has been many orders placed in the last 6 months; just waiting for the 'dust to settle' from DGB separation. Really believe with all the headway made in the US recently with government contracts this has plenty of upside over the next few months. OMO as always.
