I know I will get shot down for saying this but I do not see Colter being resurrected for many years if at all. The reason that if another drill turned out to have negative results (not commercially viable) then that would reflect very badly on the directors decision making, and that loss of trust would hit the s.p enormously. What I am saying, and what is more relevant is that what the sp is 'saying', is that the duster from Wick and poor news from Colter cannot be made up by a few wells in California. Other propose wells could still not produce viable oil; the market place is hard, based on many years of set backs. Jam whether tomorrow or months down the line still has to be paid for. Some on here think and believe in 'free lunches'; there's no such thing!

Obviously share ISA's are exempt from tax if the transaction is held by an individual. Company, pensions and institutional investment company taxation regulations are very complex, but you can bet there are ways of defraying, minimising or avoiding the payment of taxes by those companies.

As I understand it (and I stand corrected if wrong) Parta still needs the go ahead from others that are outside its control. If true I find this an unbelievable situation to put the company in.

boblondon...be my guest and visit the thruvision site. Look at what it has moved over the last few months, and see what is a good companies potential. Better get in quick though as there are very few shares left...and that's no joke. You could put the house on that share moving much more than this in the near, medium and distant term. That's not a ramp by the way, as I know it's wasted on the 'better top up now before this becomes a 5 or ten bagger' Lol..

No definitely not, I've learnt over many years the ways of the MM's on AIM. Note the delayed buy, without a rise in the s.p. Market manipulation on a grand scale here; that bodes well for all invested on here, patience is the watch word, some of us have it and others do not.
