Actually there isn't. The reason why, is that too many have lost so much from their entry price that they are then in denial that matters cannot improve. Some even 'catch the falling knife' by averaging down.
Therein lies the saying about doing the same thing over and over again and expecting a different result.
And all the time the directors are feeding the fools with ever more 'jam tomorrow', whilst banking their huge reimbursements.
This can be avoided by doing in-depth research on the major players (director/s) history and their track records.

I have been trading now for decades so I have seen, and more to the point, have been personally invested through a number of company consolidations. In my experience the ones that have languished with a lower price following a consolidation, rather than those that have been successful with a rising price in the short to medium term are on a ration of around one to four. Not then a particularly attractive proposition .
This doesn't mean there may not be an opportunity for the brave to make a quick profit in the days immediately following.
Don't shoot the messenger, as it's only my own view. We shall soon know.

No news for a few days yet in my opinion.
If an RNS was to be released in the short term why would ODX release what they did on Twitter yesterday.
Obviously a good release on man power and what it represents, but it seems not necessary if a major RNS was coming down the line over the next few days.
Or am I talking rubbish?

I was just about to post exactly the same sentiments.
Where in the last seven years has any investor had any return from UJO.
Rhetorical of course as we all know the answer!

I am still of the opinion that the news when it eventually arrives will be inconclusive.
S & S will declare that although very good (in their opinion) more appraisal wells will need to be undertaken to absolutely prove Commerciality. More 'jam tomorrow' via smoke and mirrors releases of 'good news' from other projects with RNS's timed to keep investors interested.
If I'm wrong then the upside is huge.
But the next news on W.N will be the ultimate indicator. Any 'waffle' will not do !

feelinlucky.....there has been a distinct lack of any substance regarding California for 2 years now. In my mind that is due to the fact that any proceeds thus far are hardly covering the actual development costs. In the latest presentation the directors basically just skimmed over the projects.
It's West newton or bust as we all know really, even if some will never admit it.
