In my experience of talking to people versed in many large projects, after they have done all their known and anticipated data calculations to come up with an offer they finally add what is commonly known in the business as a 'buggeration factor'. That is often in the order of 25%. So on that basis those anticipating an offer into three figures will most likely be disappointed. Whatever, rest assured there will be no dividend, only a future transformational asset to purchase.

Our joint venture partners in Parta Romania have today released a 26 page report on their ventures.
Other than a 4 sentence paragraph on page 25 stating the percentage owned by ASX in Danube Petroleum the only other mention of the Romanian Parta 'asset' is as stated below.......
"Appraisal expenditure in Austria during the quarter was A$ 1,538,000 excluding staff costs
in Romania during the quarter was A$ 28,000, excluding staff costs"

2bfair......My guesstimate at the costs of a viable Victory pipeline, and extrapolating present day costs plus inflation @ 4% with a delivery date of 2015 is in the region of £30-£35M. Your expectations are far more realistic than some posters who a) think that producers will be queuing up to buy and b) think that a timeline to production of only 2 years or so are feasible. Any due diligence will take many months alone to complete.
Expecting the usual Rampers response pouring cold water on my analysis.

It appears that some posters on here seem to be excluding third party involvement. I would not be that certain myself. But let's all face facts, there may not even be a sale, as even by the most optimistic projections production would at the earliest be 2025 We punters are in the cold, and perhaps also even the minority holders of Corallian do not know what lies into the future.

blackstout....I believe it will be a combination of Promissory notes, cash and shares. As to which how many or value I obviously do not know.

blackstout....Reabold is a much larger company than Corallian with greater assets based on both companies latest reported accounts.
As Reabold owns 49.99% of Corallian then it also owns 49.99% of any offer made to Corallian. The agreement that will/is being drawn up (should an acceptable offer be forthcoming for the Victory) would obviously include that. As I have previously mentioned any agreement will be complex, and the alterations to Corallian's Constitution last October were all a part of this process.
