pkwendall , I agree with you , a long position has been taken expecting significant rise . It would be financial suicide to short from these levels IMHO

someone has been loading up for a while , interesting that once more shares are issued and bonds converted , more buys have appeared - looks like they are just keeping below the 3% too me .

shares issued a premium, assuming that the law firm took them - must have been quite a large legal bill ! wounder why that is???? - The shares could have been issued to the market for the funds, but they chose to take the shares then ??? JOIN THE DOTS , this isn't rocket science

only 2 logical explainations IMHO wookie - if its for the JV (or even a takeover ) then expect RNS confirmation soon , if not , then they are a big buyer

In fact I'm pretty certain they've carried on loading up - unusual not to notify within 3 or 4 days - they will have known a tr1 of this magnitude would only increase what they would have to pay .

more likely they are building a stake for someone - with recent price action - who knows how many more they have taken ???? GLA - this is the best news for a very long time IMHO
