Yes i think FXPO will prob not be greatly affected too but the market hates these kind of uncertainces. Being right (about FXPO) doesn't matter as much as what everyone else is worrying about in these situations...
I agree that it's cheap. I think the market is scared that people will continue to work from home more in the future and this will put downward pressure on rents and NAVs. Given the decent figure here even during the worst of it, i'm not so worried myself.
Yes i've bailed the last of mine, 5 yr high point coupled with geo political tension and a decent profit makes it right for me.
Yes the article mentions firms who employ the de rampers and that scenario is my own conclusion too having seen persistant extreme de-ramping across many companies chat boards. But who pays them?
Could be people with short positions but i'm not convinced given the some of the firms involved (eg here Trem, would have been a dangerous strategy). My guess is other firms in the same field looking to slow or takeover their oponents.
Umm...they rent out commercial buildings/office space and we're in a pandemic. That's the headline anyway, but dyor...
If Virolens could be refined in the future as a machine that could quickly and reliably detect a variety of pathogens in many different solutions (eg saliva, blood, urine, water etc) then it might end up in every hospital and doctors surgery, as a diagnostic tool. That really would be a game changer...
if Virolens might also be used to look for other virus's in saliva or even in other solutions eg blood products, water samples etc
Or is there a reagent/reactant in the saliva tube as well that specifically aids the detection of only the Sars Cov 2 virus?
Or maybe something about this specific virus which makes it easy to detect using a laser, camera and a computer?
A lot of questions but it makes me wonder if this has any wider applications...

New shares can be traded from today and so the (unexpected) rise today and the upcoming results bodes well for future IMHO.

Results for this year were always going to be sketchy but 2021 eps expected to be up a lot at 26p and recent acquisations give a presence in the growth market in installation of underfloor heating and ground source heat pumps. Good value here IMHO
