It's just such a minefield and as a 1st time investor probably quite a terrible choice of company to start a portfolio with !

Some of you have been incredibly patient with me and have helped
me to get to grips with this TC stuff...however...Can you please help again as I don't understand a few things..

1. If the airline remains outside the Fosun umbrella why & how does that affect the shareholder?

2. The D4E scenario is based on all business areas of TC except the airline, how can that dilute shares for us investors, and what is the equity that would be surrendered ?

3. Will it make any difference to the airline negotiations when the UK leave the EU ?

I hope this does not irritate any of you as some will be tempted to tell me to " DYOR " but I am asking as you are so much more knowledgeable in not only understanding TC but in the trading world.

I am new at this, but trying to get my head round it all...

If Fosun become the new owners of TC why don't we then have shares in Fosun ?

And what is the threshold in purchasing - ( number of shares ) that warrants an RNS ?

I find the running commentary quite useful as I do not have some of the extra insights that some of the higher level investors do..

Do you think that the massive downward swing on the SP today was due to panic selling ?

I agree. Gives me hope...

After just coming back from Mallorca, a local hotelier there told me that it was very quiet across the whole of the tourist range. He had a contract with a well known travel company, not TC. This media reporting is misleading, dangerous and manipulative. Best to have faith in our investment.
