The warrants weren't consolidated, so, when the warrants are exercised, the share consolidation comes into play as 1 share for 10 shares.

Monet2 - here's the email address for investor relations for Metals One. Please email them and you'll find out the 750m warrants will end up in 75m shares, if they are all exercised.

About 40m of these shares are already in issue from Monday 19 May 2025.

So there are about a further 35m shares to be issued in place of warrants.

If you don't believe me, then I suggest you email Metals One for them to explain it to you.

Furthermore, Metals One will have about £13m in the bank when all warrants exercised. Plenty of cash for Metals One to use for their projects.

Monet2 - it's the shares that were consolidated after the warrants were issued. It's not the warrants that were consolidated, so hence why the warrants are shown in their original numbers. However, when the warrants are exercised for shares then they get the consolidated shares of 1 share for 10 shares.

I hope this makes some sense.

Monet2 - think about the potential of raising £15m this would work out at 75 million warrants at 20p making £15m.

Yes I have, however those numbers refer to the 750m warrants issued around 31 January 2025 and not to the share consolidation. They had to use the original numbers for the warrants on 11 April 2025 and not the share consolidation numbers.

From my understanding, with the share consolidation the warrant holders are paying 20p a share and not 2p a share. I think the cash warrants will raise about £10m and the equity warrants will raise about £3.1m.

It looks like a total of £13.1m means Metals One have plenty of money in the bank for their projects.

Monet2 - from what I understand, It's not 750 million warrants, it's 75 million warrants because of the share consolidation.

I think many of these have already been exercised hence the 90m shares in issue from Monday 19 May 2025.

I think something like 40m warrants have already been exercised by Monday 19 May, I may be wrong, best to check by reading through all the RNS' since 31 January 2025.

This site is wrong on the number of shares in issue.

There are already about 70m shares in issue.

It's always best to read through all the RNS' for any share and never rely on any website being correct.

There has been unusually high trading volume since I think about 9 May 2025. It may well be there's another RNS for a buyer next week.

None of us know what's going to happen in the future, so, yes, you're right, it's pure conjecture for all of us.

If you look at the charts and volume monet2 I think they were all sold over the 7, 8 May because if you're selling 7m shares then it's going to knock the share price down. From 7 May to 8 May there is a drop in the share price. After that the share price keeps going up.

This is my thinking, I may be wrong.

On 25 March 2025 Metals One share price was 1.075p and on 26 March 2025 Metals One share price was 10.75p under the one share for 10 shares consolidation.

Metals One is not a 14 bagger in 3 months.

There was a share consolidation on 26 March 2025 based on a 1 share for 10 shares, as follows:-

" Metals One plc announced a 1-for-10 Consolidation, subject to shareholder approval at a general meeting on 25th March 2025. If approved, holders will be issued with 1 new share in exchange for every 10 existing shares held.

The new shares are expected to be released by the company on 26th March 2025. We will allocate the proceeds to

accounts when we receive them from the company."

If it gets to low 30s, I'll be buying more Metals One.

I don't think I'll be investing in 80 Mile when their Management could have made £3.5m from selling their shares today, instead of a week ago at £2.1m. Lost out on an extra £1.4m.

It doesn't look like a prudent sale to me.

I am not impressed with 80 Mile's Management decisions, so I won't be investing any time in 80 Mile.

Looks like 80 Mile sold their 15.52% about 7m shareholding, on 9 May 2025 when share price was about 30p. They missed out on a lot more profit if they'd waited and sold out today. Could have got about £3.5m if they'd sold today. Instead they got about £2.1m selling a week ago.

It seems to me the 80 Mile sale RNS at 16.23pm today may have spooked the market, hence, the reason for the share price going down at the end of today's trading.

We need to read the notice carefully and realise 80 Mile sold out all their holdings on 9 May 2025, over a week ago at a much less price of 30p from the looks of it to me.

The fibonacci pivot point performance value for Metals One today is 50.41p, last trade at 52p, still looking bullish.
