Coinsilium in US Market known as CINGF has been up as far as 53 cents today and now standing at 46 cents with over 7 million shares traded.

46 cents is about 33.50p

Looks like Coinsilium (CINGF) in USA ended at 36 cents, up nearly 119% on the day, with over 9m shares traded.

36 cents US$ is about 26.64p gbp

From what I've gleaned and I'm no expert.

Donald Trump wants to make bitcoin the global reserve currency. The US dollar as the global reserve currency means there will always be trade deficits for the USA because the US dollar will always be too strong as the global reserve currency.

The person/people who developed bitcoin put a limit on how many bitcoins there could ever be made. The maximum number is 21 million bitcoins.

To be the global reserve currency the total 21 million bitcoins have to be worth in the region of $250 trillion.

This would mean one bitcoin having to get to something like $12 million.

Sounds crazy, I know, so do your own research please.

Longtimeinvestor - the important matter is Metals One wanted to raise about £15m from the warrants which is 75m shares at 20p each makes £15m.

This money allows Metals One to have the funds in the bank to do what it wants.

Longtimeinvestor - it says in brackets (post consolidation) to remind warrant holders they'll get 1 share for 10 shares because of the share consolidation.

Share price post consolidation is 20p a share.

Longtimeinvestor - yes they have to refer to post consolidation to make sure warrant holders know they won't get the shares at 2p each because of the share consolidation. The shares will be 20p as a result of the share consolidation.

The MA5 is at 41.56p, we're really looking at Metals One to stay above 42p on Monday for it to continue rising.

Metals One MA20 is 28.47p

The MA5 is well above 20% of the MA20, 20% on the MA20 of 28.47p is about 34.47p, Ive rounded it up to make it easier for myself and everyone else. The MA20 is at 41.56p, well above the 34.47p.

So, the MA20 is at 41.56p, we're really looking at Metals One to stay above 42p on Monday for it to continue rising.

They will explain that the warrants were issued around 31 January 2025 and the share consolidation was on 25/26 March 2025 so the warrant holders paid 2p per share and then they were consolidated as per share consolidation of 25/26 March.

Warrants weren't consolidated however the shares were consolidated, so when the warrants are exercised then the share consolidation comes into play.

You are wrong and misleading people on here because of your own opinions, views, and lack of understanding about Metals One.

Please email Metals One Investor Relations instead of getting this wrong and totally misleading others.

Longtimeinvestor - ukfinancepulse dot come is relatively new, so I think it will be them who have paid for clicks on the Metals One article. This gets them more advertisers hence more money.

Another pointer I like to look at for shares is whether or not the MA20 share price is 20% above the MA5 share price on the daily chart.

Investing dot com already does this for me hence why I use it.

MA means moving average for those who may not know this term and the 20 is for past 20 days and the 5 for past 5 days.

Longtimeinvestor - not another one who doesn't understand. They paid 2p and then these were consolidated as per share consolidation so in effect each share cost 20p

The fibonacci pivot point performance value for Metals One was 53.28p and it closed at 48p.

This is a bearish sign so Metals One may well go down more on Monday, tomorrow.

They paid 20p per share post consolidation.

The share consolidation only comes into play after the warrants are exercised. Once the warrants are exercised then the share consolidation of 1 share for 10 shares comes into play.

Hence the 20p per share after share consolidation and not 2p per share. So it's not a 24 bagger as suggested by longtimeinvestor.

It's so important to read all the RNS' and then we understand what is happening.
