For me, not a placing, a Subscription ATM of some 200m shares sold at about an average of 35p will bring in the proceeds to buy more bitcoin at a more effective and cost efficient way than a placing.

Subscription ATM are shares sold into the market at a higher price to the previous closing price with no more than 20% shares traded of the total day's share trades.

This will give COIN about £75m in total cash held to buy about 900 more bitcoin, bringing their bitcoin holding up to nearly 1,000.

Next target after this is 21,000 bitcoin and it looks like Andrew Webley is already looking at funding it.

With more than 200m COIN shares to put into a Subscription ATM at an average price of 35p would bring in proceeds of about £70m and about £5m in cash is £75m.

£75m would buy about 900 bitcoin plus about 89 already held will give COIN nearly 1,000 bitcoin.

About £95m in bitcoin.

Makes COIN an extremely attractive buy.

This mNAV of about 5.5 makes SWC an attractive buy.
