Gate Token is not being axed, it is used for the Gatenet Technology i.e. the Bridge.
£27m was the price to buy GSX including the Gatenet Technology and the Gate Token in order to get the licence for the RWA Tokenisation Platform in El Salvador.
El Salvador is the most forward thinking country for RWA Tokenisation.
I am a private investor and nothing to do with Valereum whatsoever.
RWA Tokenisation platforms are the future hence why I am invested in Valereum.
Gary Cottle is a Global Corporate Banker who has done multi billion pound deals.
Many billionaires in the world keep their fortunes hidden.
Cayman Islands is for tax purposes however it's legal jurisdiction is equivalent to the UK.
Gary Cottle's son runs a company called Illiquid Asset Solutions Ltd and was conbtracted to work for Valereum and was paid in warrants which were worth very little at the time.
However he chose to be paid in warrants which suggests he believes Valereum's future potential.
Valereum are at the start of their journey hence the MOU with Integra to set up reals estate.
Yes, some of them were involved beforehand because they owned GSX, Gatenet and the Gate token and joined Valereum when these were bought by Valereum.
There are no warrants hitting anywere because Valereum bought the option at £10,000 and the 2 million warrants are cheap to cancel for £90,000.
Stop manipulating the Valereum share price with malicious and vicious posts because the FCA can investigate the manipulation of share prices by posters on boards like this one.
PLus it is horrendous and despicable behaviour to do this on any board.
