For what it's worth and I'm no technical expert.

The present share price range seems to be between a lo of 9.50p and a high of I think it's 13p.

Usually what happens is that it remains in this range until there is a breakout of this range one way or the other.

At present, the share price is stuck in this range and will continue in it until a breakout.

Investing in shares is fun.

Researching everything about your investment is fun.

Watching the share price go up and down is fun.

If these are not fun for you, then investing is not for you at all.

I think you're much too worried about dilution.

I am more interested in the Board meeting their share price targets of 20p, 40p, 60p, 80p and 100p.

Less than 500m shares in issue for Valereum is not huge compared to other companies.

QGP are paying nearly 80p a share for 49.9% of Valereum with the $280m deal for about 280m shares.

Performance warrants are necessary to keep the Board motivated.

The Board get paid a pittance and deserve rewards for meeting performance targets.

Fortunately, I didn't invest back then.

I am only interested in the rwa tokenisation because this is where the world is going in the future.

With regard to the OTC application, this will also have been suspended during Valereum's suspension on Aquis. The application for OTC will only be from about 21 January 2026 when the Valereum suspension was lifted for Aquis.

It helps to think things through and not simply jump in without thinking things through thoroughly.
