Inferno - Motley Fool have different writers with different views hence why you need to check out who has written the article, their background and if they have any shares in the company too.

Hence, why you get one writer who thinks Boohoo is undervalued and another writer who thinks Boohoo is overpriced. Don't write off the articles because of this. Read and learn. You can always learn something new from each article.

Also, remember as 16 to 24 year olds get older Boohoo are retaining them as future customers for their other brands. There are always more and more new 16 to 24 year olds coming through too. Age doesn't stand still.

To do a background check on the writer of an article on fool.co.uk all you have to do is click on the name and you'll find out about her or him.

For those of you who may have little experience of fool.co.uk, also known as motley fool, they have many different writers for their articles on buys and sells. You need to do a background check on the writer of each article as well as finding out from the bottom of the article if they own the shares or not. This always gives you a better insight.

HereKittyKitty - another thought. The London Stock Exchange don't allow buys and sells to be recorded at all by market makers. This website LSE, which stands for London South East, uses algorithms to work out if the trade is a buy or sell based on the bid/ask price. What if the bid/ask prices aren't exactly right at the time to calculate if it's a buy or a sell. So, you can't always depend on this website getting the buys and sells right 100% of the time.

HereKittyKitty - I'm guessing here and I could be wrong. Say someone goes through a market maker and wants to buy 2m boohoo shares when the ask price is at 315p, the market maker agrees to fulfil the order at that price but hasn't got the shares to fill it and the ask price keeps going up. What can the market maker do?

Maxage - I've held Boohoo since 2015 and I can assure you the times it's been boring has been far more than the times it's been volatile. Boring is good for Boohoo and for me. Boring means it goes up slow and steady, retraces, consolidates and repeats.

Boohoo never trace Asos exactly, sometimes we're identical, sometimes we're not. That's the way shares work. Don't read too much into it. It's the ups and downs of shares. No share goes up in a straight line. Shares always need a breather. For me, that's good because if a share price goes up too quickly then it'll come down just as quickly. I prefer slow steps up, retrace a bit, consolidate and then repeat. Boring shares are best for making loads of money.

Not odd at all Maxage. Pretty normal day for Boohoo. Goes up for two days then needs to retrace a bit and consolidate.

Kayjay66 - because people sell for whatever reasons. They may need the money. They may think they can trade it. This is what happens with shares.

This happens with Boohoo. Recent ranges have been 290p to 300p then went through the 300p to 310p range very rapidly and now we're in the 310p to 320p range which may need more of a push up to get past the 320p and into 320p to 330p range.
