Instead Shein have got this now because Shein can undercut Boohoo's prices.

Boohoo was the cheapest for online fast fashion and now Shein are the cheapest and sadly Boohoo can't undercut them. Boohoo's profitability has been decimated by Shein.

T4g - where insiders don't buy more shares to make money for themselves then they know more than you do about Boohoo's future profitability.

It's nothing to do with what they have already, it's to do with making more money. So if they're not buying there's a reason for it and they don't believe Boohoo will be profitable like you do.

Norges Bank decreased its position in Boohoo by 0.5% which is near enough 6.5m shares. It's not about what they've lent out to shorters.

Stop the ramping with all your positive spin on negative points about Boohoo.

Had Shein not appeared, Boohoo could have grown to a £100bn business with £10bn profit.

Sadly Shein has this now and Boohoo have lost their chance of even becoming profitable.

scb bought a load of Boohoo shares at £2 and is desperate to get the share price back to £2. Hence his continual ramping.

Scb - read through the final results properly from Boohoo and you will see how Boohoo's profitability has been decimated.

This is down to Shein as well as headwinds.

Scb - Boohoo has to become profitable to make a decent gross margin of 55%. Boohoo's profitability has been decimated by Shein. Not only that Boohoo's returns have increased since pre pandemic.

Spend time reading through the RNS in full instead of hoping.

Hav100 - you have to ask if Boohoo is supposedly such good vale then why are no insiders buying Boohoo shares.

If insiders supposedly see Boohoo becoming profitable wouldn't they be buying Boohoo shares.

If insiders aren't buying Boohoo shares then, for me, it's a bad sign and they don't see Boohoo becoming profitable.

Boohoo has a revolving credit facility of £325m (rcf) which it has drawn down in full so it is having to pay interest on this and is paying interest on it as an unsecured loan which makes it more expensive than a secured loan

It may not have used all this £325m however it is paying interest on it because Boohoo has drawn it down in full.

Boohoo drew this £325m down in full 2022 and it has this rcf until 2026.

We don't know who is the lender nor the covenants attached to this rcf.

For me, the Boohoo share price is going up because people are investing thinking it's some sort of bargain when it isn't.

Now Boohoo are finished because Shein has taken that £100bn revenue and profit away from Boohoo.

Boohoo can't undercut Shein's prices.
