People really need to stop posting old articles or at least include the date or link - i mean are you just blind or purposely trying to mislead people here? So frustrating
How can* (This board really needs an edit button lol, or i need to review before i click post)
How volume sold not be equal to volume bought?
Source / Link ?
What is the reporting deadline on those important % breaches?
if majority of the shares are taken over - what could that imply for the existing ones?
Say tomorrow 51% is owned by GodKnowsWho?
@eddie - you mean the article posted in 2020?
since Aug 17, almost the entire #of shares of the company have been traded ( 1,152m )
asking myself the same question - look at those volumes https://finance.yahoo.com/quote/CINE.L/history?p=CINE.L

is there any place we can see a recent breakdown of (all) the (relevant) holders?
@ Salem, i think it is plausible that they were not able to pay a one-shot of 300m. considering q1 had no real movies and q2 is below expectations. they ended the year with 300 cash and had higher than normal lease-payment to make up for previous years. it would be surprising if they managed to pay 300m + higher leases with a less than expected performance
Of course this is all conjecture - but have a look at the FS of 2021 and look at note 26 of the FS
Can somebody with proper knowledge explain what rns on goldman means? (more specifically what did they acquire exactly that gives them 46min shares in option / lending ?) Are they shorting / getting an option ?
You can use EBIDA, you just gotta consider lease payments aswell in your calculation. Cuz without the IFRS adjustment lease/rent is part of your operational business. I personally never agreed with the reclassification in the FS. EBITDA was fine before this IFRS-change.
but i agree that the best metric is always cash flows. and preferably a cash flow that is free or adjusted for unusual items so get a clear sence of what business is capable of generating.
Where are you getting these revenu numbers??
Lease payment figures can be found bottom of finance cash flow and is also disclosed in note 26 (as pure cash out)
Be aware that 2022 payments are higher due to carry-over. Normal lease payments are around 600mil
well it used to be at least LOL
That 1,5mil is small potatoes in comparison to his 250mil shares thou :)
shorters covering?
where can you see this?
