Seems Ben already asked CSX for the Coke Express that I mentioned here last week. Holidays are coming, holidays are coming :)

Equivalent of 2 train loads trucked just 40 miles to load onto the CSX Coke Express. A further 2 NS trains booked for November (1 this week, 1 the next). Then a further 4 trains booked for December.
40KT production of HiVolB+ including 10KT HiVolA from the underground continuous miner each month ramping up to enable a consistent order for 4 trains each month.
2nd HWM arriving onsite January to guarantee the ability to fill all 4 trains and enable BC to book 6 trains by Easter/early summer and still have enough surplus to stockpile as a contingency for any force majeure (floods/etc) before pushing for up to 8 trains later in the year (2023).
Aiming to make a £375m mcap to enable award of 10p dividends split into 2 payments, most likely 4p in June and 6p December.
Mega reducing their fees if we exclusively use them to supply HWM on condition we sell the SHM20. That can be sold at a premium apparently so will add/return >£2.5m back to the bank of Ben. That exclusivity doesn't stop BEN employing all 5 of our own continuous miners to extract the higher priced HiVolA from the underground mines once the 3 pending renewal permits are granted by DEP.
Looking longterm, Mega will offer Ben a 3rd HWM to make the 960KT target achievable but that is best talked about this time next year ;)
Right now 4 trains a month = 528KT per annum, 6 trains by June will up it to 793KT
Trains = revenue = profit. We now have 4 a month. Onwards and upwards. Watch out for Directors increasing their holdings once the 2nd HWM heads over from Ashland, Ky ;)

Indeed, washplant is over 60% efficient now and the taller seams means more can be extracted each day as the HWM can remain in position longer with less frequent car additions. I prefer to use a 50% 'expectation' to consider any downtime such as Thansgiving holidays.

Exactly 1 year ago yesterday (24th November 2021) there was an RNS to say the HWM had been delivered and was being assembled at BC.
Now Ben has that HWM and underground mining producing some 80KT washed coal each month and expecting another HWM next month. 2 further continuous underground rigs too once new permits are passed. And yet the sp is lower than this time last year.
Go figure!

Makes for a good read that, Caterham7. Kinda reinforces Adam's intention to reward investors with dividends next year, now that we seem to have purchased all the equipment required onsite. Just need another HWM, 3 new permits, more trains & maybe more trucks too, a mild winter, some ii TR1s and the tonnage price to recover. A 3rd party agreement to wash and ship coal would be good next year too if we don't employ a 3rd HWM. Probably should ask CSX to send us their Coke Express trains instead of NS this Christmas with Luther in a red suit saying "Hi Ho, Hi Ho, Hi Ho".

14th March RNS: On 10 February 2022 the Company completed the first purchase order from Integrity Coal Sales Inc ("Integrity") of 17,000 raw tonnes (equivalent 9,000 clean tonnes). A second purchase order for a further 23,000 raw tonnes (12,000 clean tonnes), was completed on 10 March 2022. So if 40KT ROM could be trucked in those 2 months then it seems logical that Ben can ship the equivalent of 4 train loads of washed coal between now and January and if the trains turn up it then we could be shipping out 66 or even 88KT to meet that Integrity Agreement of 264KT by eoy.

There is a video on facebook and Twitter of the trucks being loaded up with the washed HiVolB by the huge Cat loader's bucket. Tons of coal coming off that conveyor belt! These trucks are in addition to the booked NS trains.

Did you only have 15K shares in BEN then beardozer? Not much you can do with just £800 from selling 4000, but hopefully you find a stock that will rise quicker than this as there is no news due until after Thanksgiving. I'm happy sitting on mine for another 6 months as it all seams to be coming together now (deliberate misspelling). Lots of similar stocks that really should be flying seem to be sitting low, even that other metcoal stock on the Roasters 12 stocks of Crimbo. Bit of a turkey shoot here at the moment for new investors IMO. GL.

Would like Adam to confirm:
the size of the growing washed stockpile (my calculations based on RNS history puts us with a 134KT mountain of processed HiVolB waiting to be sold, once the 12th train has left);
publishing the interims;
amount of trains booked through until January;
what is being done to ensure we meet the Integrity offtake Agreement of 264kT;
new offtake deal(s);
progress with the blasting & clearing creating the benches & batter;
'expected' date of the SHM77 starting mining;
washplant upgrades;
sale or repair intentions with the HWM20 rig;
core drilling program to improve the coal reserve base;
'expected' DEP approved dates for the 2 extra underground mining permits and refuse site;
how much the HWM71 has produced this month (assuming that any PR interview is done at the end of this month).
I guess, investors want to see the margins in the interim report before buying or topping up. Understandable that many have lost the enthusiasm that was evident this time last year with delayed promises & 'expectations'.

world coking coal was $10 down today at $275/T, so sp did well considering.

as Rob1967 pointed out, the $10 drop in market price of HiVolB ultimately lowers profits and the sp follows it. Must admit that I thought last week's market price rise would continue through to next year and that the sp would follow suit. I guess that traders buying in at the 20p dip last week will be content with a 20-25% profit by selling today. That's fair enough.
LTH like myself still see the bigger picture. It will suck to still be in the 20s on Friday but skip to next month for news on:
arrival of the SHM77 rig to the cleared bench; publication of interims; clarification on permit applications submitted 4th November for Patton#7 & Tunnel Mine#2; amount of washed coal that has been stockpiled; more trains; offtake deal(s); and maybe the sale of the HWM20.
Nowt new is due to happen this month. The newly recruited hardhats are grafting away clearing benches and loading the 80KT ROM being extracted by the HWM71 and the 20KT HiVolA extracted by the continuous rigs to the washplant conveyor. The sp doesn't reflect the real value of the mine capital assets let alone the coal coming out of it, but it is what it is.
tbh, until all that coal is getting sold (more trains) and market price goes back up then only some good PR about what has been achieved and what is to come will see us north . If interims show positive profits then they will have been worth the wait.

The seam at this site is giving up 24% more coal at 50" compared to the 38" seam at the previous site. The washplant is 17% more efficient than 6 months ago. The HWM is able to stay longer to mine more each day as the cars don't need to get added so often. This increased output of ROM and increased efficiency of washplant results in a minimum 40KT washed HiVolB per month from just that one rig. Add a couple of continuous miners and a 2nd HWM, it will put BC on a potential 100KT washed coal pm just in time for more trains and higher market prices.Check the charts from this time last year when we could only aspire to getting to this part of the journey.

so change your attitude ART123! This sp is only going north now no matter how hard you try to persuade otherwise. The 2nd HWM won't be onsite until next month while the benches are being set. Come Q1 2023 (yes, next year) there will be continuous underground mining and 2xHWM onsite on double shifts pushing up to 160KT ROM through a more efficient washplant to ultimately make BEN a producer of 1million tons of metcoal per annum. The only negatives I see are a shortage of trains to ship it all out, a tardy increase in metcoal market price, panic sellers not understanding the value of assets let alone the future revenues, and flippers wanting to try and drag the sp down.
I'll say it again, reflect on this time last year, when BEN was not even 1 month old and the sp was 20p before we had even started mining and when we were having to lease all the equipment and had only just applied for the 299 acre permit that the WVirginia govt took almost a full year to approve. And now realise how far BEN has come and what we own and have achieved. The current share price is non sensical. April, Rodney, stick another £20K in your ISA.

It is like stepping back a year when lots of new names (including mine) started investing in this new mining stock at this same price. I even remember selling my 16p shares at 20p thinking COP26 was going to shut us down. Thankfully a few others also thought we were a thermal coal mine so I was able to reinvest at 19p having being told that BEN is metcoal not 'dirty' coal.
Anyway, a year ago we didn't even have a HWM onsite, washplant and rail needed repairs and we had to lease equipment to clear the site.
A year on, only the sp is the same. Ben now own all the equipment, have leased a HWM that is now on double shift sending 70KT ROM through the washplant that has not only been repaired but also made more efficient (67% iirc).
The trains are taking just 22KT washed coal away each month currently but we wait on news that this will soon rise to near 7 a month. Underground continuous mining is adding 10KT HiVolA coal to the growing stockpile of washed coal and there are plans to add more continuous rigs (Ben own 5) to increase production. Ben started with 10K acres but now have 13840acres including the MGC and Star Rudge leases. A new signed off 299 acre permit to mine renewable after 5 years. Increased resources report (92.7mT reserves, 33.6m tons recoverable).

Been to a £1 when we had less assets and less output Lthough market prices were higher for HiVolB metcoal. Prices are slowly ebbing back up now with each $1 rise in market price of coal adding a potential $1m additional annual profit to BEN. If just joining at 20p well done! Come summer you might well get 50% back as dividends! Once we do £37.5m profit.
