How often has Zak been right about a future SP of UKOG - all those charts predicting high prices based on the past - just to feed the P&Ds assuming the pampers don't bail or UKOG won't go and have to issue a truthful RNS rather than vague 'positive' stuff they specialise in.

To illustrate here's a post from April 2022 by ocelot:-

The Sp had already peaked at 0.4775p earlier on 9 April 2022, which would be equivalent to a current SP of 4.775p. It has dropped to 1% of that price since then, having already dropped to about 5% of the 2017 peak.

Ocelot wants to ‘take SS at his word’.

Unfortunately posts from 2016 and 2017 HH testing and BB are gone but here’s what SS said about BB:-

‘RNS 10/10/2017 – ‘The test results to date are technically significant and highly encouraging and I am confident that the more finely focussed and optimised testing plan can establish commercial viability’ – SS was confident, guess what it didn’t establish commercial viability.

So not hydrogen storage, hydrogen production and a Jv with Riotinto is hardly a SME startup 'Ocelot is correct about SME start ups' - RTZ value about £75 billion, Sumitomo about £20 billion - in fact proves what I posted - ' I had a look at a few and they were mostly with subsidiaries of large companies.'

I'm pretty sure Sumitomo won't see a company that picked up a lapsed planning permission managed by the same people that have serially failed at what they do know something about as a 'startup'.

Steve hasn't voluntarily put any money into UKOG whilst probably taking over a million in take home pay over the years - hardly entrepreneurial.

BTW, last time you were here I asked how a pi could short - seems despite accusing all and sundry of shorting you couldn't answer where anyone could 'borrow' shares.

PS you're not real investor, just a 2 bit trader - who seems to have missed pressing the sell button during the early August spike if you've still got those 0.019p shares - you didn't go and believe the ramping about the rise from 0.12p? and then watched the SP fall to a third of that - now desperately hoping that Steve rides to your rescue with more vague RNS (a speciality) you can copy and paste, and non-committal LOS.

Reporting a banned fool, who's had dozens of accounts gives everyone the space to read decent folks posts who haven't been banned for being extremely insulting and rude to other posters (wasn't the final straw on the Angus board) warned at least twice and wasn't smart enough to stop. they're not connecting to Mappowder - the gas transmission network for natural gas will be needed beyond 2030 for domestic use - the planned pipeline to Mappowder was for natural gas - H2 transmission will require a dedicated network.

All those examples appear to be for 'innovative' technologies - in fact that's what your post says 'through collaborations with startup companies and their innovative technology.' - Salt cavern storage is not an innovative technology.

Any chance of a couple of examples for Sumitomo or any of the companies mauditup has dreamt of? I had a look at a few and they were mostly with subsidiaries of large companies.

Apart from biasing the spread the late reported trades listed as 'unknown' when they're clearly sells can come in days later. I guess you forgot that 5,333,333,333 shares placed in the last 2 months take a lot of careful selling to allow the odd P&D to occur.

But ukog with dodgy timing of an unegulated and UKOG special vague tweet to try and help out the rampers with 'closer' to securing significant international funding (closer than what, nowhere at all?) and continuing talks with government (not recent) - did the placees need a few more shares shifted?

But the funniest thing was that Kaspersky didn't like the ukenergystorage linked - 'Visiting an untrustworthy website has been prevented' - how true

...since 1979 in East Yorkshire in 8 caverns.

Not new technology, but it takes time once started and it seems to be taking UKOG a long time to get started.

You'd sound convincing except it's Triassic salt in Dorset, there's not even one salt cavern anywhere near started and they have to leach out many salt caverns to store the volumes they are claiming will be made.

Storenergy already has a 20 cavern facility in Cheshire created between 2009 and 2018.

We're not in the EU and there's nogrants or funding up front for the storage allocation round for salt cavity storage. The development expenditure (UKOG £1B?) is recovered from revenue - which is a long way off. Of course they need a pipeline as well as the cash, or someone willing to stump up for what sounds like the second best located storage site in Dorset. Without the sovereign guarantee attached to the revenue floor no one is going to lend UKOG the cash so if UKOG fail to qualify for the first rounf it could be a very long wait for proper news....

Over the years when UKOG have failed to prop up the SP someone starts a rumour about a tekeover or 'interest', so far, unsurprisingly, it hasn't happened - could it be because it's BS.

No, what was said was what I put, without 'which' - you removed the brackets - here's what you posted on 24 August, with the brackets - why did you remove them?

Adding 'which' (and removing the brackets) suggests allocation support is funding rather than it will help obtaining it (provide), the intention of allocation support - in an UKOG RNS it's explained thus:- ‘with a sovereign guaranteed revenue stream that would, via the provision of a storage floor price, guarantee full pay back of the project's capital costs’.

The government support could help UKOG get funding - but it won't be 'provided' by the government up front

regardless of what Steve said. Anything said outside of an official document (eg. RNS, Annual or Interim Report or AGM or GM notice) isn't regulated and can't be trusted - hence I haven't listened to an SS interviesw since the 'Caribbean' interview (as in we would all ed up holidaying in the Caribbean with $40 oil, iirc).

Just because they've been badgerng government for meeting s with government, I suspect very few are with ministers, doesn't mean a thing - what matters is being elegible to take part in the allocation round, and as UKOG boast about their input they should be well aware of what's needed (though light on explanation in RNS) - and as yet investors have not had confirmed that the 2 most important requirements have been met - a pipeline application in the transport allocation round and funding - even through a JV. Until UKOG have funding I suspect SGN won't be applying in the transport round to build a pipeline to any H2 storage site.

Whilst you were looking for a RNS that stated UKOG would get government funding that doesn't exist hope you saw the explanation from UKOG in the 02/04/24 RNS what the allocation round is about:-

‘with a sovereign guaranteed revenue stream that would, via the provision of a storage floor price, guarantee full pay back of the project's capital costs’

‘pay back’ not cash up front, not soon or any time before the site it operational.

‘Pre revenue’ - is that the new line- but 'revenue' from H2 storage, should it be built rather than an excuse for a revenue stream of placings, will be earliest around 2030.

In the 21/08/2024 RNS there was this:-‘The Company also aims to apply for government Revenue Support for at least one Dorset site’ – ‘aims to apply’ – hmmm, back peddling, no mention of first round? and ‘for at least one Dorset site’ which poses the question which one’ might they ditch Portland port in favour of the new Dorset site which would struggle to make the deadline for the first round – though it would be a less ambitious projects with just salt cavern storage?

I haven't looked through every statement since the HSBM market engagement document was released in December 2023 but all I see are statement about 'for government funded Revenue Support' or 'an allocation' in the first round.

Any chance you can point me to a RNS that states they are getting government funding, as in 'government funding in the official RNS '?
