From today’s rns Following Admission, there will be a total of 31,935,750 New Ordinary Shares in issue. The Company does not hold any shares in treasury. Consequently, 31,935,750 is the figure which may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculation by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules. So it’s 3.1m market cap and cash raised recently too.. only funded till end of April it seems. Watch and wait for me.. could be punt.

Strange they mention that directors have concluded it is the best interests to delist however they haven’t stated “ we have consulted with our major shareholder”. Who knows which way he would vote? Would he also want to be diluted down? Cash value is 8p.

Normally they say “we have consulted with largest shareholder” but they haven’t. Who can trust zafir after this?

If he places at a price sub to market cap now he is toast at his other companies...why would you trust him in charge of MRS when he f*cks people over here? They are already starting the process over there to remove him. It’s eaier as it is a U.K. plc.

Look at the history of MCC.. he bought stock and he never paid for it! That’s the kind of director you have here. Again please can someone explain what value JZ adds here? He is a huge turn off in terms of investing. As TW would say it’s a barge pole stock! Remove him and get some decent directors then it will be a BUY!

What does JZ do here? Can someone please explain the value he adds? If they can’t I think it is time to boot him off and get a competent director. How on earth can anyone be a director of this company if they have never visited the operations in Australia?

Zorbas and cohorts only own 25%. I am sure Nigel and Trevor will be welcomed back by the 75%. It’s clear that although the fundamentals are good here why would you trust someone like John Zorbas to deliver value for shareholders. He isn’t even interested in the business. He hasn’t even been down to Australia in the 18 months he has been on the board to see and understand the operations!

When is he going to buy stock? Zorbas is killing every company he is associated with. He doesn’t give a sh*t about anyone but himself. He has creamed salaries from MRS, where he got his position at the expense of URU shareholders by buying over inflated stock from Paul ex CEO. I have sold out of any stock associated with John Zorbas and his cohorts. I could write a book on all the bulls*it that this guy has fed me in personal conversations. DO NOT TRUST A WORD that comes out of his filthy trough. He will only LOSE people their hard earned money.
