Mark - if you have an order to wind up g3 exploration ( parent) then you have control over the subsidiaries since the subs were 100% owned.

Why do we think the case was adjourned? The rns was pretty clear that The JOL was appointed. The directors are no longer in control the company. The whole liquidation process will take at least 6 months and I do not think it will relist again. Hopefully the outcome is that all the assets are sold and there is a payout to shareholders. This is a preferred outcome rather than continuing with Randeep in charge.

Even a JOL outcome isn’t an issue ( though shares would be suspended) .. within time the Company will be closed down. The money from the sale of the assets will be used to pay down debts and any surplus paid as a dividend to shareholders.

Seems strange to withdraw the application to suspend the shares when they could use that same original application tomorrow - unless they are confident it will never be needed!

We have two outcomes - JOL or JPL.
From the rns it seems that if there is a JPL there will be no suspension. I am pretty confident a JPL will be granted as the company is not insolvent ( it has assets to pay its debt). If it were insolvent then an outcome would be the JOL and suspension.
The Company must be evidencing to the Court how they are progressing with RBL loan and sale of equity in the subsidiary companies.

Well I am expecting a stream of rns for a sale of each of the vessels. However it’s very risky to buy with a delisting rns. Maybe the board will change their minds? Very risky punt! Not for widows and orphans.
