Mike will do the same again,and will want his pound of flesh,as that is in his DNA,he will want to ground DEBS into the ground knowing he holds all the cards ,in this now one sided match up.He will do it because he can,and loves holding power,especially power over those that have thwarted his previous attempts. Well,let me help you understand why,can i respectfully ask you to lookat all your comments going back the last 3 years,and then ask yourself which have been a fair and honest reflection of the facts,and which have been "sour grapes and a reflection of losing money through investing at the wrong time. I think they will all be in the second category.

Deflation in China,Good weather(as opposed to last year where the weather was blamed) and generally more optimism and rising bike sales and garden furniture can send this flying up,as it must be worth much,much more,in my opinion...

I paid approx 0.3p extra to buy back in,and my THX are up over 5%,so very happy ....

Big swathes of these shares have been bought up from ex CNR investors,and the more bought the more stable the s.p. becomes. My idea was that the rise would not be sustained due to these sellers,that theory has been demolished,and I now feel very much safer from drops,and now looking at rises from this point...

Sharedealing is about seizing the best opportunities at the time. What may be the best opportunity one week or month,although it may still be a good investment,may not be the best at a given time. I make no apologies for selling at a very big profit,and make no apologies for changing my mind. i do what i feel best at any given time without allegiances,as that spells danger to me.

I have bought back in,as i feel this is now attracting the support that matters,and for good reasons.I do not want to miss out. i have increased my THX and made profit,but keeping that allocation,so have sold some non gold shares to get back in.

Whilst it is highly unlikely that anybody in recent history has ever had such an appalling record,it is just about possible ,however unlikely that possibility seems,that somebody has a record that gets close to the disasterous run of losses encountered by this serial loss making ramper. If you know of any ramping or ramper that has been worse than this example,I feel it is imperative that the individual or individuals concerned are "outed" for the financial safety of the maybe gullible and financially vulnerable members of society. I know it is highly unlikely that anybody could match this level of incompetance,but I mention this in the interests of protecting the highly vulnerable in society.

All regular posters know you were in this at 400p.and had regular top ups at all rates down......Also there are a succession of other ramped shares that have lost 70-95% of their value....UFO...KOD...GWMO....BOO...HMI....all lost more than 66% to 95% pf their value...I tried to warn investors on all these shares about the ramper that had such an appalling and quite historically unmatched record of massive failures. These were the only shares that he held I commented on,so for all of these shares (not just one or two of them,but all) by an average of around 80% takes some doing....It really takes some doing,and i think Investors need to be warned for their financial futures....

Firepower1...Can he really be as thick as he comes across?.....or....Is he playing us all along and trying to be thick on purpose?......I do not know...He could be playing a game,as surely nobody can really be so thick...Can they?...i mean there is thick,and there is really,really thick...surely even somebody that left school with a solitary pass in woodwork could not be that thick could they? is he just playing us along and pretending he is really stupid to try to wind us up?....A possibility for sure....

We are a tiny cap company with world beating process to reduce sodium in food by 50% with same taste,can you imagine the value to a multinational company of getting their hands on the monopoly situation. It boggles the mind,but very,very possible,and in my opinion,very likely...Why not?

I believe SALT shares are greatly undervalued...I believe SALT as a company is undervalued. I can see that a lot of BIG food companies would love the Monopoly of producing this product and would pay a BIG price for it...and Here TEK sits ,valued at a fraction of its majority holding in SALT,a company that must be on the radars of all the BIG worldwide food companies. This could be a massive,massive bargain that ends up being fiercely fought over.....Time to invest before the new laws regarding salt content in foods worldwide make this an absolutely compelling case for a takeover at huge multiples...Why would it not happen?

Stas20. Absolutely spot on,and with TEK you get the majority ownership ,unlike with SALT,which if a takeover was considered,would make TEK considerably more sought after,and extra premium to SALT with minority..

Ironknut...You have been in the gutter for years...You live there....no reprieve for somebody who lost his shirt years ago and still carries the scars...others look at the reality of a company now turning the corner into a much better cash generating machine instead of the cash guzzling machine you invested and lost on....Long way as reality surfaces....

If they wanted SALT for instance,who would they invest in SALT with minority interest at a much bigger valuation?...or.... TEK with 63% of the shares and valued at a fraction,but majority interest?...Only one answer in my opinion. Why would a company such as Pepsico not bid?
