Do not get me wrong,this could be of interest at a later stage after finance is secured....but, not now....I have posed serious questions ,which are unanswered....Answers are needed, otherwise this is going down,in my honest opinion....We shall see,but i will be surprised with another outcome...

If you ask I can prove it...Look back at my posts on SRB only 18 months ago at 25p.....now around 190p.....MTL... I have been in and out making 100% profits...THX in and out several times making up to 100% each time....CGNR bought in at 4p and sold at 40p in just over a year in 2020.....Kefi in and out about 15 times,making a profit on 14 of the 15 times....Other than these no Investments in the gold space...but plenty of winning Investments in most fields....The key is timing and honesty...deluding ones self is the worst trait of a losing Investor....Thinking honestly is the best...If you have doubts best to avoid and invest where no doubts exist....

Lendmeafiver....You are a very nice person with a good sense of humour....I do like you....I hope you are right...but,I honestly doubt it....We shall see....Good luck,as I say you are a genuine person ....

I have made a lot of money in the mining space,as evidenced by my posts in various multibags,and the one thing that is needed is complete honesty...My feeling is so many trying to delude themselves with this stock....I have asked several very hard questions today,and no real evidence to suggest that Investors have the answer....Of course that is not what people want to hear....but,taking heed could save you losing big style....

MrTriumph...So many questions I have posed today and just left unanswered....Do you really believe your last post,as my experience of junior miners is completely the opposite of what you are saying,so do you really and honestly believe that or are you trying hard to disguise your real beliefs?

Can I get the opinions of the huge 105 million sell around 3 o clock?......Is that big selling for this stock?.....

Mr truimph. I am sorry ,you do sound upset by my posts,but, i am all for realism,and nobody on here has explained where the finance comes from without dilution,sorry to upset ,but, successful investing is usually based on realism and facing the hard truths....but,I think you know that really!

Lend. I do respect your opinion,but,what would be the effect of selling into the market?....and you do need nearly twice your market cap,so where would the balance come from. no intention to annoy,I just think realismis needed,anyway, I look forward to your opinions on this..You are a genuine poster with a good sense of humour so do not wish to upset...Thanks.Pedro.

If you read my posting history,I have had some very notable gold share multibags,such as SRB....THX....MTL....So I do follow the space,and can see the warning signs of a hyped share facinfg dilution....

The key to investing is to get in at the bottom...If it went down 50% waiting for that point would give you double the amount of shares.....Realism is needed,not jumping in without thought,in my opinion....

They take no notice of funding issues....Which is not good practice...Why do they do that?.....I think we all know why!.....

The roast guys take notice of funding needs and dilution,and that was the reason CGNR went from 40p down to 6p.....That is a definite possibility here,if anybody can give reasons why that is not the obvious course of events here,I will take note,and leave you to your board.....

The roast guys!....Are they the same roast guys that promoted CGNR at 40p,now 6p?.....I think it is.....

Increased my THX,re entered SRB,sold some MTL as it went up fast,and I wanted to increase holdings in the other 2.Also took some Kefi,as news expected soon....

If posters do not answer I will understand,as it maybe very painful to consider...but equally ,if no answer,I think Investing in this share will suggest this is a very dangerous share to hold with massive dilution the natural course of events.....Painful thoughts do need to be made,and should not be avoided....

I agree not to talk any further about TEK on this board,but, getting back to BZT....If they need to raise nearly twice the market cap....How will they do that?....Will it be massively dilutive for shareholders?......It would suggest that it will be....A good reason to not invest?....I think so....but,I am interested to hear differently from any respected posters with reasons why not......

Irishdemon...You can do what you want....but... Interest has been shown by Investors on this board,and help in that regard is freely available on the TEK board ,for those interested in making money in a share with near term catalysts for a big rerate....No ramping intended,just help intended...

Irishdemon...You have not answered my question,so if you could oblige I would be grateful....However I will answer yours......Since you said the recent RNS was appalling,and you called for the directors heads,the s.p. has risen around 25%,so a very small reduction at a much higher s.p. should be of no surprise,should it?...Also despite the small sell the share price is still up 255 which suggests a lot of confidence by many other Investors,does it not?.....And why would it not as SWG is one of only a very few to get accreditation for A.I. security operations,which does set it up for big growth going forwards,does it not?

Irishdemon....You have been shown up this week suggesting the RNS for SWG was appalling.....Only for the share to rise over 25%.....how do you explain that?

No funding issues,as the IPO will generate considerable revenue...They are talking of returning capital to Investors very shortly....They are now expecting to start returns of capital,and at the ridiculous undervaluation,it will be very meaningful going forwards....
