What business was that? You make statements regarding a business I flopped at recently. i have never had a flopped business. You do not even know my name as i have never said. I have not been in business or owned a business for 7 years,so why pretend?

Surrey that was not very nice was it? If I may say you seem very "tetchy" at the moment. This is not a nice trait and can be a warning sign to other posters. I certainly take note when posters start getting "tetchy" as it shows so much by saying so little.

Some jumping to conclusions about what I think. I have never said that MTL is doomed. I have never said gold is doomed.,because I can tell you I think the opposite to that. My porfolio is heavily weighted to gold. MTL I was a shareholder before selling at the top,so I see value. My posts are concerning timing and better allocation of capital at the present. This is my point,that you can be long term bullish ,but, still see better short term plays,and is why an open mind and listening to what others are actually saying instead of blindly attacking anything you do not like the sound of.

Trading short term is very profitable and can be very beneficial,so timing is so important. Since I sold out ,has my action been proved right and profitable or not?. There may be a time I will invest again. My point is all points and views should be welcome,and "tetchy" and nasty posters are a big warning sign.Surrey is very temperamental,as few can forget him throwing his toys out of the pram when he first came into this share,so,unfortunately I have no respect for him as he disrespects so many posters.

I doubled my money on SWG in 3 months,and made a quick 15% in 48 hours in RCFX. Surrey,one thing I have learned is to get out of a share as soon as there is good profit on the table and the bullish posters start getting "tetchy". A sure sign is when posters start attacking other posters for differing view points. A sure sign. Really no need to be nasty as everyone has a right to a view .

Surrey ,why be so nasty?. All views should be welcome. Short term views,long term views and all in between views. I think even the rampers know the risks,it is up to the individual to weigh up the risks,and risk to reward situation. At 16p the risk to reward was far less than when it was 5.5p,as so many had paper profits ,which could be cashed out. What happens when profits are cashed out by those in profit Investors? Ignore the points if they are not bullish at your peril,in my opinion.

I am not advising anything,apart from listening to other points of view. Everybody is different in their views,and differences should not be attacked ,but embraced as it adds variation of thought,and that in my opinion is the beauty of these Investment boards,as long as others are encouraged to broaden perspectives. Value is important and many different thoughts about how to value and how to trade,in my opinion.

Surrey getting annoyed is nothing new,and to be expected,as anything that resembles taking a realistic and non ramping stance is always an annoyance to him. It might pay to think why he refuses to listen or consider anything that is not ramping? The realists and traders should be listened to,as not paying attention could be very costly,as witnessed this week . Several sides to this story and all should have a right to input.

I also think that press coverage of this issue would be helpful to your cause,as the financial press I feel would be entirely sympathetic on the issue.

Vrunk. I think that a good M.P. would look into this issue,and get action at ministerial level. I think political involvement is called for,as this is not just about this case,it is about honesty,decency and fair play,and above all about reputation of the markets in a much wider sense..

Bassman 72. You enjoy your trolling of posters who challenge your nonsense,but, some things are important and Investors can see they are important. Some Investors have morals and decency,I know this concept is alien to somebody with your trolling tendencies.

If what they are doing is legal,it must be getting very close to the line of not being,and many would suggest those in the legal profession should have the highest level of respect and decency and should not be opportunistic ,but operate fairly,especially with those who were persuaded to invest at much higher prices,and held beliefs in the company promoted by the company and would not expect the treatment now meted out.

Because in my day a Lawyer was respected and any action taken had to be seen to be honest.I still believe in this,otherwise the whole system is undermined.
