If it doesn't come off on Monday/Tuesday then why does that mean another buyer? It might just mean that EUA/NN haven't finalised due diligence with DLA Piper etc

Following release of the agreed sale price, most expect the SP will rise to 95% the agreed sale price. Many will offload then and shares will be hoovered due to the guarantee of the sale price, but some will hold on for the few extra %
