Never assume, especially with VAST that something means what you think it should
If you've got a line open to Cornish, ask if the lock-in applies if AP / RT are no longer directors (or employees) of VAST and whether they can 'loan' their shares out whilst covered by the lock in period

Sandy, had to refer back to RNS dates - they've avoided my suggestion by announcing the placing and the annual report the same day

Can someone try to get a straight answer out of (Fatty) Cornish with regards to the exact terms of the lock up agreement?
Specifically whether AP and RT are still bound by it if they are not re-elected to the board (and whether they are able to 'loan' the shares out, or use them as collateral during the lock up period?

Since the annual report has been published why is it than an 'outsider's, albeit one with links to the board have seen fit to buy shares in last months placing, thus actually contributing to the companies' coffers, but the board didn't see fit to do the same?

Nothing but a voting block and based on the questionably belated TR1 announcement, we will be the last ones to know when he sells after the vote

Even if he acquired enough shares in the last placing to put him at 2.99% ( at 2.5p) then bought sufficient shares on the 24th Nov to put him at 6.58% he would be in a losing position - was there enough volume in the 24th or a buy for around 5.5 million shares on that day?
