i tried to do it with my lloyds shares.... had the great idea of selling in the morning and buying back in just before the close..... i dont know if thats shorting my own stock or just trying to be smart.. needless to say i bought back in higher than i sold...

got fomo all over it... hope anyone short has closed off their positions, i read this article about someone who shorted tesla.. three weeks ago... be another lifetime when they finally pay their cfd off..

i never get why people do shorts. its just such a risk.... hey ho.. maybe the daily mails headlines today were right... the biggest boozers in the uk are the middle class..... they have the most to loose...through all this covid... i guess.

@BB... lol... i dont get the new rules today.... i can have a max of six people round my house before the 7th gets fined a oner.

im a shareholder here... a couple of things.... normally all biz accounts are paid for type accounts, and if your running a biz then you need a biz account.

many newspapers really take the position that banks shouldnt be allowed to make any money... should be a free service in fact if you read some of them.

id like to say newspapers should be free, and all media channels as well... broadband, telephone, tv...
